“This was a great location to get my oil changed. It was convenient and close to home. I didn’t have to take my Benz to the dealer even though my dealer said they would pick it up at my house and return it to my home. I got to sit in my car while the oil was being changed and it was serviced quickly. They reset that annoying time to change your oil message. I was given a free bottle of water while I waited. I was missing a tire valve cap so they even put on a free set. They also honored my coupon for the oil change. What more could you ask for? Griffin and the manager rocks. He made sure that I was happy with my visit.”

“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I went to motor Techs of orland park because I broke off a spark plug in my cylinder. Not having any options anywhere else, motors techs took me in right away, and not only got it out, but did it immediately after I told them it was my only car and that I had to have it fixed as soon as possible. Not only did they fix that problem but found and fixed several other problems that were found at no charge. I have never been treated so kindly and comforted at a body shop before like I was at motor Techs. I really screwed up my car and motor Techs made me feel like it was gonna get fixed no matter what. Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.”

“I came into this location on 7/11 because it was in the area of a previous appointment i had and they had great reviews. When I arrived I only had to wait about 15 mins (which the young lady told me it would be a short wait). I got serviced for an oil change and I also purchased wiper blades. The service was good and I went to pay. The problem came when I swiped the wrong debit card to make a payment. I advised the lady that helped me checkout that I wanted to use a different card and swiped the correct card for the full amount of the change plus wipers which went through fine. I was given a receipt for that but then the lady said that the computer still showed I owed. Come to find out the first time I swiped (the wrong card) a part of the payment actually came out. It wasn’t clear when I swiped the 2nd card because again , it charged that card for the full amount. The lady who worked on my car ( my assumption is she was also a manager) came in and pointed out that the charge actually was reversed back to my card. I still saw the pending transaction in my account but I figured it would probably take a while to show the reversal. I also had to rush back to work as i don’t work nor live in the area. its now the 16th and i checked my account again and it still doesn’t show a reversal of the charge. I attempted to call the location to speak w management to let them know I basically was over charged (the first swipe took a portion and the second swipe took the full amount.) but the phone system is completely automated. I tried a couple different ways to get connected to the location to speak w someone but it didn’t work. Not sure how to get in touch with them to possibly get a resolve. The service and speed at this location is good i just would have liked to be able to speak with someone via phone about this specific issue.”
