My little one has been going to Kindercare on Oak Park Ave. for two years. First in the infant room, then in the preschool Orange room. I'm overall pleased with the care they provide to my son. The teachers are amazing especially Ashlyn, Tiffany and Brandy. The manager Ms. Julie is also great; listens to my family's concerns, very accommodating and diligent about resolving issues. I highly recommend the Kindercare on Oak Park Ave.

This facility was by far the worst daycare experience that I have ever had. My son attended this location at the beginning of this year and here are just a few things that made this experience awful-For a portion of the time that my son attended the center, the Director was Jamie and she was despicable, she puts on a facade that would lead you to believe she is pleasant and caring...DO NOT let the act fool you.-The toddler classroom play area was full of dirt and mud that they allowed the children to play in. My son would always be picked up with his clothes and shoes covered in dirt and mud.-They allowed my son to sleep with someone else's blanket, he was wearing someone else's diapers and they used someone's else wipes on him when I specifically purchase hypoallergenic ones.-They would send me notifications that he needs supplies when I just replenished his supplies and then call me saying they located his things.-His shoes were untied 85% of the time when I picked him up. The room was always freezing in the winter and his nose would have snot wet or dried on it ALL the time.-I didn't receive his soiled clothes back until 2 days later because they were in a plastic bag and the staff didn't know who they belonged to.-My son had several bruises, scratches and injuries that I was not made aware of until I picked him up or examined him at home and discovered it. Never once did they issue an incident report until I mentioned it.I could go on for days, just please do your research and reconsider before sending your child here.

Had an awful experience with teachers and director of the facility. Teachers dont inform parents about incidents/injuries that happen to your child.

This center has gone above and beyond to help me and my family during a time that was needed! Jamie and her staff are incredibly sweet and both my boys loved being there. Jamie was by far so Amazing every time I talked to her! Highly recommend this daycare!!!

Absolutely love this kindrrcare location. The staff is super friendly, trustworthy, and enjoyable to interact with. I enjoy getting the picture updates throughout my day! Really brings a smile to my face seeing my little one so happy and having fun. My child's been enrolled since he was just 3 months old and he is now 17 months old. He absolutely loves it there and it's very refreshing to be able to go to work and not a have to worry about the type of care my child is getting.

I love this kindercare and my kids do too. The teachers are fantastic! My little ones learned so much from them. They really get to know and care about the kids. They have been a godsend with remote learning too. I can count on the teachers to make sure my school age child is logged in to their zoom meetings and they help my child complete their learning activities. My kids are excited to go to "school" at kindercare. I highly recommend this learning center.

I visited a lot of daycares around and I like this one the best! I really like the teachers, I love Miss Michelle and so does my daughter. I really feel like miss Michelle teaches them a lot and really does care! I really like miss jasmine and miss Jamie is so helpful to I don't really have anything bad to say.my daughter is doing really well, and it's a good feeling to know that I could drop her off and she's being watched over.

I was a stay at home mom for 10 months, this was the 1st time my son was in daycare. Everyone there has been so supportive and caring for my son! My husband & I were of course nervous to have someone else care for our son. We couldnt be more happy. The director and 2nd director are amazing and so friendly! We absolutely adore Devon, our sons teacher. She even sends text picture updates! The other teachers in his class are also amazing and he has been transitioning better than I expected!

This is a wonderful establishment to send your child to learn and grow. They are like a second family to me. They not only teach your child but they focus on every aspect of life. Your child will love every moment that they’re there.

I highly recommend this Kindercare! The teachers here are amazing and friendly! My son has learned so much from them. I love how they do art projects with the kids.

I definitely recommend this KinderCare! A great big smile is on my daughter's face every time I pick her up and she is always getting good attention from the staff. They give a good detailed account of her day. It's a happy place to walk into in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon. The staff are very kind and professional and you can tell they love what they do. I was a little anxious about putting my child in daycare, but since day one my daughter and I felt right at home.
