We have been doing banking with NuMark for over 25 years. We’ve have multiple car loans, checking, & savings. In-person transactions have always been great but a recent experience with fraud against our main account has solidified keeping our personal business with NuMark. Irma phoned me after 5 pm on Friday night with a potential fraudulent transaction with an altered check. That alone saved us a lot of problems snowballing from the altered check. Rhonda followed up with me the following business day and gave us specific steps of how to resolve this. At the Tinley Park location, Meghan professionally walked us through each step getting us back in business with our account. Way to go, NuMark!

We did a pretty in depth car loan through NuMark, and Crystal and Meghan were amazing! They made every step of the way easy and seamless, and really worked hard to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We will be switching all our loans to NuMark because of how fabulous they were.

20 minutes in the drive up after 4 people got waited on that were there after me. What a joke!. Woman said that she had to step out to the lobby. So.. don’t you remember what spot you waited on last? I was there at 2:40pm.

They run your credit for the fun of it, if they see you are young, they won’t put effort nor take you seriously. I applied for a loan, went into office and had the application filled out, spent more than an hour giving all necessary items and information needed, was told takes 20 minutes for a response on approval and told to leave and will receive a phone call regarding the application. It’s been 3 days and I haven't received a phone call. Lady seemed very judgmental in her demeanor when she asked personal questions on my work and how much I get payed. I felt she had no true intent to help me. Will never go back. Don’t recommend, there are better credit unions that offer better rates.

They fooled me into a savings account thru an auto loan they put 5 dollars into it now I have to drive into a branch to cancel it

This bank offers zero help and respect for their customers.Every time you need anything they have a problem helping.Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.And yes this branch (as stated by other reviews) is probably the worst.They absolutely don't know what they are doing and don't care.They definitely bring out the worst in me because it's so unbelievable how awful they are.Wish there was a way to leave zero stars.

They sold my information to a scamming organization. Received several specified scam letters/phone calls that contained information only my lender would know. Be weary.

Great People work here. Samantha has always been kind and helpful, like most the ladies. Sept 12th 815 am, was only bad experience with a lady whos got orange dyed hair in drive thru and came in to make a payment. I gave her my Government MILITARY ID which is accepted around the World, at Airports and gives access to government facilities (Department of Defense id) yet this moody woman told me it cant be used. This is first time out of over 12 visit that i had gotten attitude and told id wasnt accepted. She had bad attitude like she didnt want to be there!! All the other ladies have been helpful and polite. So i left because she gave a bad vibe and was moody!!! Avoid this lady with glasses and orange hair, she had no name badge on either.

I contacted Nu Mark's main offices about depositing a 3rd party government check before heading to the credit union. I was instructed by the credit union deposting a 3rd party check is no problem, expect a hold on the check. I arrived at the union with my tenant to deposit the check, the check would e signed over to me in front of union employees making sure no funny business was taking. I was denied service for a number of unfounded reasons that still don't make sense today. For the record, I haved been a member in good standing for over 3 years, never bounced a check nor nsf. I was told by the person in charge 'they don't know me." After a period on time I explained to her she was biased and didn't realize it. By the way this happened a few months back. They never did business with me despite getting the home office on the while at the credit union explains to the manager it was okay to accept the check. Let a bad taste in my mouth and still bothers me today about the biased used at a credit union.

Went to this location on Saturday, April 9th with my husband in hoping to open a checking account. We were told to sit, someone would take care of us. I'm not sure how many reps they have to assist with opening accounts but did notice one rep already assisting someone. However, we waited well over 40 minutes, after driving over 30 minutes. No one gave us an estimate time on much longer we had to wait. Unfortunately, after the long wait, we decided to leave.
