“I usually only leave bad reviews on horrible experiences however I had to make an exception on this store. The owner and his partner went over and beyond to help my fiancé, and my 2 brothers in-law find their suit. Not only are the suits flexible and comfortable but they have by far the best attention to detail. They gave us quite a few different options and were so patient with us. It was such a great experience I definitely recommend coming here ! They also gave us such a good deal! Stop by with no compromises!! ?”

She anticipated my needs and, even better, had all items I needed in stock (unlike other stores). She provided advice and listened to what I had to say. “Went for the first time today with my partner and we had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and knew the merchandise very well, including which items were newer designs.My partner tends to dislike button downs due to the way they fit him, and we figured he'd find something he could tolerate. They helped us find a shirt he genuinely likes and that can be dressed up or down.We were both really impressed with the customer service and are planning to go back in the future”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“I have shopped at the Joliet store and Orland Park store the past couple of years. The Manager Max is the best part of the Hot Topic experience because he managed both locations and he always is so helpful. A business is only as strong as it's customer service and Max is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the items. I love the t shirt's, crazy nerdy items and the prices. Great location and good mall with lots of great shops. Visit Max and have fun.”
“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”
