Dr Rose is amazing! She has gone above and beyond for my dogs. She is not just our vet but a trusted friend. You will not find another vet out there that cares for your animals like she will.

The service is by far the worst! We waited 1 hr and 15 min just for the Dr Rose to come in. When we left it was over 2 hours. I walked in for a physical and an issue regarding my pet and walked out with a surgery schedule but never received vaccines. I only brought my pet here a few times for his physical and never felt truly comfortable. I’ve finally decided to switch to another animal clinic that has multiple providers and staff and providers who show compassion and genuine concern for my pet. I didn’t like when I asked questions out of concern the answers were short and condescending. I just didn’t feel my pet was getting the best care. Especially when the Dr asked to bring my pet back to get a closer look with the tech and they did a small procedure without checking with me. I was devastated. I didn’t care they charged me but they never communicated this with me.Poor facility and should not be in business in my opinion. Very disappointing.

Great vets, stay away from grooming. We have a long hair dog and asked to keep her long for the winter. Completely ignored our directions and shaved every part of dog right before winter. She freezing and looks terrible! Managed never responded to phone call. We love the vets there but grooming did a horrible job and still charged us. Our poor dog is bald now. Before and after pics.
