If you somehow were fated to have to deal with Comcast & AT&T at the same time i would still be better that the dimwitted service at Best Buy. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Service in respect that the just have no interest.. not even a fake bit of interest in helping you.

Good customer service but folks think twice about buying a refurbished computer. I made the bad decision of buying refurbished laptop that went bad in 20 days from this store As you know bestbuy will only give you 14 days to return any computer or electronic device. The store manager himself helped me out greatly. I was able to resolve the issue by getting a new computer and returning the refurbished one. If it were not for the good customer service I was willing to cancel my bestbuy credit card, but he stepped in and made my day

My last two visits with "Scottie" store sales representative have been excellent. He has been extremely helpful and very customer focus. I have learned a lot from him when it comes to the technical questions and concerns. It's such a pleasure to see that your employee is so willing to take the time and explain the latest gadgets. stay away!!! best worst is more like it. i made a purchase on october 17, 2022 delivery was to take place on october 28th. got a call they outside to dump on the end of the driveway without notice on the 26th for an item over 300 pounds. the problems just began. they kept; resold the chair; and my money. i have been lied to so many times i lost count. they are crooks. i was told that my money would be returned for their mistake within 72 hours 3 weeks ago. i was a long customer they have lost that relationship. they are crooks and thieves. think twice then run as fast as you can.

My store sales experience was good and the delivery of the product as well. The person who delivered and set up my TV was very professional. My only concern was why when the TV was shut off the cable box did too. Usually my cable box always stayed on. I called Comcast Cable and they said this is now normal. The cable box will go off as and energy saver. Other than this my experience was good. Thank you.

Set up an appointment to have my iPad battery changed. Was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to repair. Appointment date set. I arrived only to be stared at like a deer looking into headlights. I was told they couldn't change the battery. I was informed that no appointment had been set, though the support team employee wouldn't look into the system to see, after having asked him 3 times. I asked for the store manager. He too knew nothing and simply told me to contact their corporate office. Mind you, I had spent $3,000.00 in merchandise at this location the same month. I will never set foot in this store ever again! They literally enjoyed my purchases with them yet didn't show any sense of service when needed.

If you want to wait over 30 minutes for an associate to sell you a laptop or computer come here. It's great you can sit or stand in one spot and wait for one employee to finish helping customer after customer. After 45 minutes I left, I couldn't waste my time to give them my money anymore.

I would give this Best Buy a zero!! They are very unprofessional and unhelpful. The geek squad did not trouble shot my iPhone and are only interested in helping you if buy a iPhone at their store. Apple support sent me to this store and the unpleasant geek squad worker offered no help for my phone all the other geek squad associates stood around. The manager was also most unhelpful. I will never go to this Best Buy in Tinley Park, IL ever again!!

I never write reviews, but this one I felt obligated to do...I ordered my item a month ago to be delivered and paid for installation. They gave a date for delivery and surprise surprise no phone call and no item or installation took place the day agreed upon. Customer service said the reason is they did not have an installation team available.(not a customer problem). This should have been address on their end much further in advance...then instead of trying hard to get someone out in the next few days, they rescheduled for 16 days later or 45 days later(my only options). Do yourself a favor and stay away from Best Buy's delivery and installation team for any products you buy. They desperately are in need of some internal restructuring for their processes!

Don't try and schedule iPhone battery service. I have a very tight schedule, so I scheduled an appointment in the morning to service it. The guy started doing diagnostics only to inform me that they "other guy" who does iPhone battery swaps won't be in until afternoon. He said that he knows how to do it, but is unavailable to do it. If I'd have walked in, that'd be an acceptable answer. But I had an appointment... so it wasn't acceptable. Needless to say, I couldn't get it done because I made a morning appointment for a reason If he truly wasn't available to do it, that's mismanagement, so it's no excuse. Now I have to wait until I have time again hoping that my phone doesn't die before then.

Looking to purchase 6 kitchen appliances we shopped Lowes and 2 Home Depot stores before returning to Best Buy in Tinley Park. Not only were the prices better than those stores but Appliance Manager Vanessa Sims gave us her unbiased recommendation by asking lifestyle questions to choose the best products. Later when I returned to purchase a water filter cartridge she apologized they were out of stock and went online to find the item from a competitor even identifying the store's aisle to better assist me. Thank you Vanessa, excellent customer service!

I have been to this locations several times and have taken their advice as absolute truth. Now I wonder what that has cost me. I recently bought a TV from them. While I was paying, the salesman said I would get a $25 credit if I signed up for a Best Buy Visa card. There was no discount on the billing, so I asked why. The salesman said that the credit would be on my first bill from the card company. I got my first bill, but no discount was included. I called their Visa people who said there was no such offer. I then called a management person at the Best Buy headquarters. He looked up my accout and admitted that I bought a TV and then also admitted that there is no such offer. I now doubt that my old TV could not be fixed as was claimed by the Geek Squad. Be careful what you believe if you go there.
