The flooring is nice looking, and they're pretty nice over the phone. I ordered everything online. Only time I spoke to them was when they called me to come pick up my pallet.The pallet that was delivered to the store already had damaged boxes, of which one plank was actually damaged. This wasn't realized til after getting it back to the house and popping the straps on the pallet. The damaged boxes were on the inside of the pallet. Once I chose to return the flooring in total, I was told that they wouldn't take it back. Spent $1120 on this flooring. They also never told me that my flooring wasn't all there when they called me to let me know that my shipmemt had arrived. They said that they didn't notice that my entire order wasn't there, but somehow they knew that their delivery guys didn't damage the boxes or plank. So I'm being upheld to policy, but nothing was done about my missing or damaged flooring. So now I still have to wait for my flooring to come in another week or however long, which postpones my plans. Highly unacceptable and frustrating. This was my first and will be the last time I buy from here. Many other flooring options around that area.

Great customer service instore and over the phone. LL Flooring just need a little better delivery processing with its other stores. It took my materials almost 2 weeks to deliver to the Tinley store that gives great service.

The store employees were great. I had a problem with the floor not staying together. They has me send an unopened box. There was a defect found. After all that they wanted me to hire a floor inspector which costs 500 dollars.
