Failed to send an itemized bill upon multiple requests. I was charged $2,500 for a test that costs $750-$1,500 at other lab services. LabCorp has also been in trouble for fraud on and off over the last 3 decades. Explains a lot.

Went for routine lab work. Easy check-in.
I have hard-to-find veins, but had a great lab tech! He was very friendly and was able to get what they needed. It was pretty painless too!
Docked one star (not location related) but LabCorp forces you to store a credit card, which I'm not a fan of for a host of reasons.

My experience at Labcorp was very good. They were fast, professional and detailed. I would recommend them highly.

Rude unprofessional lady at front desk. I signed up for an employer drug screen and had my toddler in tow. When the lady finally came to the front desk after waiting, I was told I can't have a child with me and they could not wait in the waiting room.... when I asked why this disclaimer wasn't in an email when I made an appointment online, she proceeded to point to the wall and state "it's on the wall" and "your employer should've told you". (it's not my employers rule idiota, it's labcorps!!!). It would've been nice to have known this prior. Especially not having the ability to leave my child with anyone during their open hours. That is a nonsensical rule labcorp that is not convenient for everyone, which you should make clients aware of before wasting time and gas!!!!!.Will never return to any labcorp. It's never a pleasant experience. I requested my test to be transferred to Quest...they are always quick, pleasant and PROFESSIONAL!!! And allow my child to stand outside the bathroom during testing.

Quick and efficient, super easy to navigate the appointment due to excellent text communication. In person experience was professional and competent, but lacked the kind, thoughtful, hospitable demeanor required for five stars.

That's where I do my lob work every two months , awesome and friendly nurses .. quick results, takes approximately 2-3 days including the weekend

Upon walking in, no one was at the front desk to greet nor assist me. I proceeded to check in at the self check-in, after waiting for maybe 4 minutes a young lady walks out calls my name in a unwelcoming tone and literally used the same tone and demeanor throughout my entire time there. Once in the back I'm told to take all of my things and store them in a box and while doing so I notice she's on FaceTime the ENTIRE time while discussing and verifying my confidential information. As I'm asking questions concerning the process I'm told with much attitude that all I needed to do was exactly what she's telling me to do..I wasn't too familiar with the process so I was concerned how every worked. I didn't feel as if I was asking a dumb question but she very much so made me feel as if I was. Overall not the best experience and I probably will never visit the location again although it is very convenient. P.s. It doesn't cost to be nice or to have patience with people.
