I recommend just purchasing your cap and gown if needed, I purchased a 2X hoodie to sum up my problem: It's essentially a glorified crop hoodie raising one of my arms or both, the hoodie only comes to midway. My usual size is an extra large, and I decided to size up, just in case, and clearly, that wasn't enough. I also purchased 2 shirts. Both shirts, luckily, did not have the same problem as the hoodie, but I'm still disappointed because I got a graduation package, and that was over $150 to purchase. I also wouldn't recommend purchasing a grad pack unless you know you're gonna be wearing your senior merge.Included in the grad pack that I purchased were two shirts, a hoodie,2 tassels, my cap and gown, and a draw string bag along with a key chain. The shirts are both different colors, btw.

Scammers! They made us pay $50 cash (would not accept any other form of payment) for a graduation gown and wouldn't give a receipt. Looks like we just bought some of the rude and unfriendly employees lunch. Nom nom nom

Customer service is not helpful. They screwed up my order and will not fix it unless I pay extra. I would not recommend and will never use them again.

No matter how others think. I'm grateful for Jostens. I'm replacing my Class ring that was stolen. They are doing their best to duplicate the actual ring after 38 years of my first ring. As for not receiving your items. It's not just Jostens. Almost every company is having issues with the pandemic. Plus a lot are still working from home. I also believe supply is low due to the same reason.

I ordered 2 t-shirts in May and received a notice with a tracking #. That package was supposed to arrive June 9. It never has. I called this morning to see about tracking it and I was told that Josten's doesn't do that any more. It is up to the customer to work it out with the post office and UPS. Never, never again.

I tried calling them in order to return a cap and gown, they will leave you on hold for 2 hours !!! No one answers here. Despicable, ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE, I want a refund as soon as possible because clearly they lack in what they're doing...

Garbage. Screwed up my sons senior photos 4 years ago... refused a me refund for the top package and i got 2 garbage head shots. Now with my daughter we got three of the 13 items... None of them being announcements. They had the address screwed up been trying to get that fixed since January. Didn't fix it til April when my husband talked to corporate. Corporate said they were reprinting and shipping them to us. That's been a month now. Can't get through at all been trying for weeks... just get the recording. Today I have so far been on hold for 3 Hours and 30 MINUTES... still NO ONE has answered the phone. This is eveey single time! So incredibly unprofessional. Talked to TInley and get a run around and told we can't get our stuff and never will!!!!! IGNORANT, RUDE and TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

This company was at LOYOLA UNIVERSITY Chicago misinforming and giving false information to us in the SOCIAL WORK Graduate Program. I was told during the GRAD fair that with a purchase of a ring a free replacement in case of loss was included. I now realized that in order to make a sale I was lied to. I called today because I lost my ring. After explaining to the customer service representative that I was misinformed and I was going to talk to LOYOLA MSW program regarding this matter she responded “you can call whoever you want but your replacement is 200+ dollars”. I spoke to a supervisor and nothing was resolved. I will email LOYOLA and the president of the The MSW program. Loyola is a nationally renowned school and this company is not a company that LOYOLA should be partnering with.

I'm actually disappointed in the quality of my college graduation necklace I got from Jostens. I didn't order through Jostens for my high school graduation. I went into an actual jeweler. That ring has lasted me 4+ years with barely any hardship into the ring even wearing it daily. But I had my necklace from josten for maybe 2 months and the gold has already worn off.. unfortunately I will not being wearing my necklace to show off my greatest accomplishment. When I have enough money I'll be going to another place to get my college graduation necklace.

I ordered a class ring special that included the cap and gown. I spent over $400 on a ring that looks like its worth less than $50. As my son goes to get his cap and gown says was never ordered the cap and gown and that the special was only available if you ordered over the phone. The paper work nor the website advised difference between ordering online or over the phone. After several phone calls was told that now I have to pay $50 for the cap and gown. FALSE ADVERTISING and horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
