I recently purchased a new 2024 Subaru Forester from International Subaru. My salesperson was Jeremy Gillmore and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with and I'm happy to recommend him to anyone. Jeremy had the answers to my many questions about the car's features, many of which were new tech features not found on my old car. This was my second Forester purchased at Internationa Subaru and I recommend them. The car I traded in was a 2017 Forester from this dealer and I had them perform all the service on that car and was always satisfied.

On December 16, 2023, my wife and I purchased our second Subaru from International Subaru. Our first buying experience there 8 years ago was an abnormally pleasant and amenable transaction. Our 2015 Imprezza was one of the best cars I've ever driven, so when we decided to update, we headed for IA.Our sales person, Molly Williams was totally delightful and well informed. I peppered her with questions about the 2024 Imprezza and without hesitation, she answered every question. Very impressive!When I questioned the trade-in value on the 2015, Molly brought in manager Carlos. What a delightful fellow! Extremely pleasant and worked with me on the trade-in value to the point I shook his hand and we had a deal. He had to handle another matter, so he sent Tony in to complete the paperwork. Yet ANOTHER delightful person to deal with! (Over the years, when negotiating car deals, I was once actually sternly admonished by one dealer manager that they were there to make money, and condescendingly laughed at by another dealer's manager. Way to score a deal, huh).Finally Fade came in to offer the extended warranty (something I've only purchased once before) and he just presented the facts, absolutely no pressure tactics. He was also a great guy to deal with and I ended up purchasing the warranty.Moral of the story? Nice guys don't have to finish last. (Note: none of them were playing the phony nice guy/gal, they were genuinely nice and it came through). It was an 'A+' buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience!!! Kudos to Adam Lorenc for going above and beyond. I was able to to get all the answers to all my questions. Although we already knew that Subaru will be our other car but Adam made our buying experience even better. You were able to see that he genuinely cared about Subaru company and its products.

My daughter bought a vehicle from this dealership and we showed up and they treated her like a queen on the day she picked it up. There was a few problems with the order but have no fear Carlos was there.He swooped in and took care of the few things that were wrong with the order and boom she had an even better deal then when we started. Jeremy was a good sales rep and also kept my daughter in the loop on every aspect of the purchase. He also spent alot of time explaining to her all the features on the vehicle and made sure the car was immaculate when she came to pick it up. Again I cant say enough good things about this dealership.

Top notch crew! Very caring and actually want to help you through a warranty and get you back on the road, took care of everything too! New transmission, comp rental, comp iPass, and most of all free snacks!! Will choose International for all future service and work, highly recommend the speed and expertise. I always take my subaru to International Subaru. I know I will always recieve great service. Took it Nov. 6th. Sam the service manager is awesome, my service advisor was polite and knowledgeable. The Big boss even stopped by to see how I was doing. Thanks for great service.

My husband and I found a great deal on a used Subaru Forester at International Subaru and had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Lorenc. He and Fade from the finance department made this car transaction actually pleasurable. Adam and Fade were patient and answered all our questions, found financing for us, and got us a fair trade in value. Adam then went above and beyond when I noticed some damage to the roof after we purchased the car. He arranged for us to bring back the vehicle for repair and arranged a loaner vehicle for the 3 days I was without a vehicle. Adam then personally delivered our car and retrieved the loaner after repairs were made. This s a top notch auto dealership which is truly transparent and honest.

We recently purchased a new Outback from International Subaru. The experience has been simply exceptional. We had already done all the research and knew exactly what model we wanted. We actually replaced our older Outback anyway. From the initial contact to the in-person meeting with a rep to the order process; finally the timely delivery - everything was simply painless.I am in Consumer Sales myself and I want to recognize someone who facilitated this seamless experience. Our sales rep Adam Lorenc deserves tremendous praise. At our initial meeting, he made sure to show me a similar vehicle (same model and trim) to the one I had requested. After test drive etc, he did something that I have not experienced before. Typically many dealerships like to sell the cars they have on hand. They try to convince you to get the one they have even if it’s not the color you want or have the features you wanted. So the black one I test drove didn’t have all the features BUT Adam did not try to sell me that one at all. He immediately went about finding the EXACT MODEL AND COLOR that I wanted. He located it, gave me very accurate lead time information and worked out a deal that made sense. No games. No gimmicks. No $1000 extra Dealer Installed Nitrogen filled tires and paint protection films on the hood.MOST IMPORTANTLY: Adam kept me informed weekly via direct text messaging. This was so reassuring. And the car showed up exactly as anticipated. And it had exactly what I had requested.Financing and paperwork was made painless.One of my best car purchasing experiences from International Subaru. They have GOOD PEOPLE. My sincerest thanks to Adam, his Sales Manager, Finance Manager and everyone involved in making this experience painless.

We purchased a 2023 Forester yesterday and the sales and finance staff were great. Our Salesperson, Eddie O., was friendly, patient, and worked with us to find the vehicle that we wanted. Fade, the Finance Manager, was helpful and explained the payment options in detail. We got the vehicle and payment that we wanted.

In 2017 we bought a Legacy from International, never had any issues with it and we took it there for normal service work (we are low mileage drivers, about 6,000 a year). We then moved to Indiana and switched to a closer dealer, saw an big difference in the service department as they were always trying to "upsell" other service work. Switched to a independent shop for minor service due to that sale tactic. In 2021 we were looking for a Forrester, went to the Indiana dealer but due to vehicle shortages no deals were made. Now, it is 2023 and we go looking again. The Indiana dealer would not negotiate fairly plus their "upsell"of dealer installed items raised the price about 3,000 over sticker price. Looked on line at International. They had what we wanted and had it listed below sticker price. Went there the next day, walked in and we told Molly Williams what Forrester we were interested in. It was in the showroom, it was what we wanted and within about an hour the deal was made. Molly was easy to work with and it probably helped that the sales manager, Ryan, was the salesman we had bought the Legacy from.

Stopped in the new Evergreen Subaru looking to trade in my wife’s car and ended up trading in my car as well. Jimmy Segura, an EP resident, is a first-class young man and a terrific car salesman. He listened to us carefully and located the perfect vehicles and put together purchasing options that we had not even considered. Very happy with our experience with Jimmy and will strongly recommend him to our family, neighbors, and friends.

I bought a brand new car from this dealership in 2021. A year later, while my car was still under its warranty, I began to have a problem with my transmission. By this time, I had moved to Colorado. I made a trip back to Illinois specifically to take my car to the dealership to get it checked out. I have had problems with a transmission before, and I KNOW a transmission problem when I have one. They completely denied that anything was wrong with the car. So, I took it back, scared every day when driving this car that it was going to get me in an accident or worse, killed. Fast forward to 2023, a year after I had gotten it checked out, NO LONGER under warranty, and my car completely STALLED. Every single light on the dashboard went on. Thank Gd I was at a red light and not on the expressway. I got my car towed to the closest dealership, Muller Subaru of Highland Park. When I told them this story, they were appalled that Subaru of Orland Park did nothing. Turns out, I had a faulty transmission.Muller Subaru replaced my transmission at no cost to me. Do yourself a favor and take your car to any other dealership because when something goes wrong, Orland Park will not believe you.

Yeah, I got a decent oil change but you took advantage of a girl who didn’t know any better at the time and presented her with three expensive package options acting like those were the only options to choose from. And on top of that. You won’t stop emailing, texting, and snail mailing me to ask if I’m satisfied with my service. $200 later, no. I am not satisfied. Thanks.
