I was extremely satisfied with the shopping experience. My salesperson was absolutely amazing and they really took the time to answer all of my questions and were were also very patient during the process. They followed up with me regarding my appointments and how things were going after I bought the car. I would highly recommend.

Emmalee was outstanding to deal with at the very beginning of the process of looking at a 2022 Kia Sorento based on the listing on the web page. When we arrived to look at the car, Christian met us on the lot and did a great job in the test drive and the subsequent purchase of the vehicle. It was like working with your next door neighbor. Likewise, Pearl walked us through the final aspects of the overall process of buying our new car and did so in a professional but extremely friendly manner.Christian followed up the next day with a personal phone call to make sure that everything was okay and to ask if we had any questions at all about the car.Dealing with Orland Park Kia was a fantastic experience and I’d definitely buy from them again.

Recently bought a 2024 K5 and it was my first time buying a car on my own. Kayla and Carlos both made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Even when they could see I was getting frustrated, they both did whatever they could to make it all so easy.

Came in with the expectation to get jerked around like most dealers do. I had a great experience with my sales person Muhammad and the sales manager Larry. Both were genuine and honest. I would highly recommend these two and Kia of Orland to any and all my family and friends. They gave me a great deal and treated me well. 10 out of 10 experience.

Purchased my first ever car from here recently after searching around at multiple dealerships. This dealership provided by far the best service of any of the ones I visited. Other dealers tried to scalp us on prices or would cancel appointments without telling us. Here, the salespeople I worked with, Pearl and Larry, were very friendly and understanding. We got a used car for a great price and they're still following up with emails asking if any issues have arisen or if we need help with anything. They did a great job detailing the car before it was sold to us as well as it was extremely clean, outside, inside, and even under the hood.

I dealt with multiple Chicago area dealers while searching for a new Kia. International Kia was by far the most responsive and easy to work with. Plus, they had the best selling price! Our salesman, Danny, was great to work with and took extra care to keep me informed when a minor delivery issue was encountered.

I had a 10/10 experience with Kayla, Larry, & Pearl. I left a dealership across the street feeling pressured and rushed. But here I felt no pressure and like they really wanted to help me! Larry did everything in his power to make sure I left with what I wanted and needed! Kayla was excellent at explaining each car and what would work best for me! Super nice and sweet too! Pearl was so professional and articulate!

Recently my son and I each purchased our vehicles from your dealership. About 14 days after my son purchased his (first) car, it started to have significant issues while we were running errands on a Saturday. We immediately called and drove straight to your location. Honestly, I was angry and felt awful for my son, that saved and put down $ 12K of his own money. That day, we worked with Ishmael in the service department, Larry Sweiss (Used Car Sales Manager) and Nick Garcia our Salesman. Had to leave the car for a few days to be inspected. The next few days waiting for an answer was rough. But then, you guys came through!! Spoke with Larry Sweiss, and it turned out that the fuel pump had failed and there was a recall on the air conditioner condenser. He took care of everything. The customer service that I received, from beginning to end was a true "Home Run". It was a collective victory thanks to Ishmael, Nick, and Larry. "Real customer service" isn't just placating the customer in the moment and then dropping the ball before the finish line...It is "following through until the end"....You guys did that, and I cannot express how much that meant to my family and I. We have purchased two beautiful vehicles from Nick Garcia, and I am sure they won't be the last. Will be sure to refer friends and family to Nick at Kia International Orland. Your Forever Customer,

My mother recently went to KIA International for a routine oil change based off my recommendation of their level of service in my past experience with them. However, she received poor treatment from a customer service representative by the of name, Rebecca. Upon hearing this, I decided to call KIA International to get explanation due to me having a scheduled appointment with them soon prior to this incident.When I did manage to connect with a customer service representative, their attitude left much to be desired. Rather than a proactive and empathetic approach, I encountered a disinterested and unhelpful demeanor. It was as if I were inconveniencing them with my questions and concerns, which only compounded my frustration.Another significant shortcoming was the lack of ownership and follow-through on resolving my issue. Instead of a clear path to resolution, I was shuffled between different representatives and departments, each seemingly unaware of the previous interactions. This lack of accountability and continuity only served to exacerbate the problem and elongate the resolution process.Perhaps one of the most disheartening aspects of this experience was the absence of empathy. Effective customer service should be rooted in understanding and addressing the customer's needs, but my interactions with KIA International left me feeling like just another faceless account number. There was a palpable disinterest in empathizing with the challenges I was facing as a customer.In summary, my recent interaction with KIA International's customer service was far from satisfactory. The issues of unresponsiveness, unhelpful attitudes, lack of ownership, and a dearth of empathy collectively created an experience that left me questioning my loyalty to the brand. It is my hope that KIA International takes these concerns to heart and undertakes significant improvements in their customer service department to restore the trust and satisfaction of their valued customers.

Let me start by saying this review is directed at the service department only. I give the entire sales department 5 stars. Here was my experience. I own a 2022 Kia Carnival EX which I purchased in 2021. On Sunday 9/10 I had a malfunction with my Van which caused the passenger door to not "latch" shut. This was a recall that I had addressed in December. I tried for 2 hours to get my door to close with no luck and had to Bungee cord it closed to get it home. When I got home I was able to get it to close. I called the service department first thing Monday morning. They told me they could not get my van in until October which in my eyes is unacceptable seeing that I have two kids that sit in the back of the van every day and could not risk them being in the van with that type of mechanical issue. I told the service rep this and she forwarded me to the service manager who did not answer. I left a voicemail. Two hours went by with no call back. I called again and left ANOTHER voicemail. Waited 30 min, no call back. I then reached out to the sales women who sold me the Van 2 years ago Kayla who went above and beyond to get someone to contact me (In my opinion a salesman should not have to do this in order to get in touch with a service manager). Rebecca, the assistant service manager called me and stated they could get my Van in the next morning to get 3 recalls fixed, however they would have to keep the van the whole day. They stated they could not provide me a loaner vehicle. I told them this was not an option so her solution was to only fix the issue with the door and figure out another day to have the other issues addressed. I brought the van in on Wednesday morning and they did address the van and also performed a oil change. When the service was complete I received a text message about the service performed and report on the car. 3 things were on the report saying "needs attention" that no one even explained to me. When I entered my vehicle they never reset the miles for my next service so I has to go back into the service department to find someone to reset this which makes me wonder if the oil was even changed. My van is now making a "droning" noice when accelerating, which it did not do prior to taking it to their service department. Needless to say I will NOT be taking it back there for this and I will resume all my service needs at Kia of Willowbrook going forward.

My son and I had a great experience at this dealership. Besides that the dealership is very nice and modern, I loved that their sales team was very polite and helpful. Even tho their job is to get the sale, they were not harassing us. Nick G. listened and understood what we were looking for; besides, he answered all questions and concerns we had about KIA and the car that my son wanted. In addition , Carlos S. in the finance department, explained all process about payments and the best part was that he did his best to get him a good APR, and that, is something that I value a lot. Thanks to Nick and Carlos, my son had a great experience getting his first new car!I recommend this dealer 100%

Incredible place to buy a car! Joyy Davis was a top notch sales person. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Both managers(John and Jay) were very nice and easy to deal with. They helped me out with my trade and made me a great deal on the Telluride I wanted! Carlos in finance was awesome as well! Made the paperwork process very straightforward and painless! No games or gimmicks like most places! Thanks again everyone!!

I had a really great experience purchasing my Sportage from here. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. And the sales consultant I was working with, Nick, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Negotiations were lowkey without any hard sells or anything like that. When it was time to pick up my car, due to my schedule, I could only come later in the evening. Nick had everything ready. Just a few signatures and we were done. I would recommend this dealership highly. Thank you.
