I have been going to the Tinley office for over a decade and Carla has done my taxes every year. She is great and really knows her stuff. I'm not sure what Jess D's issue was, but I've always been happy with Carla's preparation of my taxes and there has never been an issue. Thanks Carla and your next Diet Coke is on me. Carla was fast and efficient, but also made sure we were both on the same page with everything she was doing. With as many forms as I brought to her, she made quick work of my tax return. Prices are on the steep end to have your taxes done by a pro, but worth it for the peace of mind knowing everything was done correctly.
