I want to take the time to express my gratitude. I am a nurse trying to care for my mother. This company has a true asset on their team. I would like the company to Recognize Mr. Gunner.! He goes above and beyond to meet needs of your consumers. Gunners compassion and dedication is a rare. I would recommend anyone to use your services for medical needs. Ginner is a rare gem!

This is Lynn M. Gory. My family and I have been patients of Fitzsimmons for decades. They have a huge supply of medical equipment, oxygen and supplies, and many other hard to rent or impossible to find items. They deliver which is great. In the rare event you have any problems they act fast. Upper management jumps in and makes it right immediately. Thank you so much, Jill and Bill. This is a company that cares about its customers, its reputation, and its future. Please patronize them, they earn and deserve your business.

Over the last few years, I have had a tough time with Fitzsimmons. TODAY HOWEVER Mary took care of me and has assured me that I will never have another problem obtaining my sleep pap supplies. She was attentive and listened to my complete complaint. Efficient by having a solution, Johnny on the spot. She was nondefensive and identified the problem and made sure that it won't happen again. I am very grateful that she was the one who took my complaint.

We found ourselves out of town without a complete power cord for my husband's CPAP. Adriana, at the Tinley Park IL facility, went above and beyond to find us the parts we needed, even though we were not customers of their company. If we lived in the area we would definitely become one.Thank you Fitzsimmons!

Terrible customer service. They are very short and rude in dealing with patients who have been diagnosed with chronic diseases that require oxygen treatment.

They are very rude they lack empathy a spoke with a supervisor and he stated he don't care about my breathing machine being broke, they did not schedule my delivery time correctly he tried to blame me for that. They are a disgrace so please find another company to get medical supplies from come Monday morning I will be finding me another company.

Absolutely terrible medical supply company. Doctor ordered me a portable 02 concentrator on March 21st. It is now May 1st and they still have not provided me the equipment. 6 weeks without such a necessary device is nothing short of scandalous. They provide ZERO communication, ZERO callbacks, and ZERO updates as to the status of anything. When I call, no one knows anything and they continually blame delays on it being "another department's" responsibility. These are desperately needed medical services that they treat with the most cavalier possible attitude. Avoid at all costs. They suck.

I do not appreciate being hung up hold. I called Fitzsimmons Surgical Supply in Tinley Park about my billing statement and equipment. I was transferred three times and Samantha hung up on me. I asked her to come get the equipment because I cannot afford it. I also explained to her about being deceive about the equipment when a representative brought it to my home. He was not being honest or truthful, seeing that I was deprived of oxygen and not thinking clearly; He clearly was not telling me the truth about the policy or papers shown on his computer tablet. Secondly, this company knew from the beginning if they were in network or out of network with my insurance. The University of Chicago Medical team staff picked this company because it was said to be in network. A month later comes the big bill and they say they are not in network with my insurance. They should have known this from the beginning. This company does not want to talk about it. This company I believe to be is corrupt, fraudulent and overcharge paying customers. They are rude, impolite, and inconsiderate to their customers. Sincerely, J.W

I am a 70 yr old woman with severe COPD and severe RA, on the day of delivery of my oxygen machine I was handed a tall metal tank and was told to carry it for a portable, no cart for it. Then when I needed back up oxygen I called on Thursday and was told they couldn't bring any till Monday which never came. I'm changing companies.

I can't believe all the negative reviews about this company! Fitzsimmons had been taking care of my oxygen needs for a few years. They have gone out of their way many times over to accommodate me. I even took a trip to Las Vegas and they made arrangements for me to have a concentrator waiting for me at the hotel when I got there and they even arranged to pick it up when I left. I have a trilogy machine that I sleep with every night. Due to my health issues, this is the third machine I've tried. A standard sleep apnea machine was not working for me so we upgraded. My old insurance paid for it no problem. But my new insurance has been fighting them for 2 years. I'm in appeals even though I have the complete support of my pulmonologist and cardiologist. My insurance has been refusing to pay. Fitzsimmons has been working alongside my doctors to try to get this taken care of and they have never once stopped trying to make it happen. If I knew anybody else in the same situation as me, I would tell them 100% to go with Fitzsimmons
