Lady on the phone was so extremely rude and did not want to help me make a transfer with my own money ! Explained to her I was out of the country and really need help . I politely asked what my options were. She literally said she will not help me and hung up . I am so shocked

I’ve opened a checking account over a year ago and they continue to call me and ask if I need anything. By the looks of the reviews I’d quit calling people that are already a customer and focus on the matters people are upset about, so Claire or Clarissa or whatever your name is stop calling me unless you see fraud on my account

If I could give this branch on Harlem 0 stars I would. I love 5/3 but this location is trash!!!! Messed up on our checks had to go in to fix it then they ordered us new checks but doubled the order so we got charged more money than our first order. Then they refund 15$ of the first mess up and 15$ on the second mess up of the $41.99 that I was not to be charged in the first place and wanted to call it a day!!! What!!!! Get it together. I don’t recommend this branch at all. Never again will I go there. When you’re dealing with people’s money aka a bank you better be on your A game! This branch is NOT!!!!

I came to make a couple deposits and they clearly didn’t want to do it. They were like we are busy and they told me to use the night box and I told them this never happened at any other location. They were talking amongst themselves and said go ahead and take everyone before you get to his deposit meaning mine. This is definitely not professional.

I recently went to this location to open a new customer checking account. Upon entering the bank I noticed there were no customers. I approached the teller area and stopped and waited for one of the 2 tellers to acknowledge me. Neither one did, and I stood and stared at them for a few minutes. Finally one of the teller's motioned for me to come forward. I told her I wanted to open a new customer checking account and she told me to have a seat in the lobby somebody would be with me shortly. I contemplated leaving at this point because the vibes I got were just off, but I needed a new checking account ASAP so I waited. After about 10 minutes there were still no other customers besides myself in the bank. Still no one had come or even acknowledged me so I decided to leave. I left not because of the wait time, but because the customer service was lacking. A simple 'I will be with you in a moment', 'someone will be with you in a moment', or 'I'm sorry about your wait, someone will be with you shortly' goes a long way. These are just plain people skills, manners that should be second nature, when working any position that involves customer service. Neither one of the workers had them, they both were cold and plain rude. I should have walked out when they did not acknowledge me in the beginning while waiting to be helped at the teller window but I digress...I will not be returning to this location.

There are two 5th 3rd's off of Harlem within a mile of each other. I recommend the one in Orland vs Tinley if you want a higher quality of service.

Worst bank ever. Contacted bank several times in past 6 months about ATM never working. I work nights and don't have time during the day to do banking. No longer will I use this bank. People on phone are very rude and don't care. Sad that in these times people don't really care.
