Lady on the phone was so extremely rude and did not want to help me make a transfer with my own money ! Explained to her I was out of the country and really need help . I politely asked what my options were. She literally said she will not help me and hung up . I am so shocked

I’ve opened a checking account over a year ago and they continue to call me and ask if I need anything. By the looks of the reviews I’d quit calling people that are already a customer and focus on the matters people are upset about, so Claire or Clarissa or whatever your name is stop calling me unless you see fraud...
