I had a hair cut and curls by Tory (sp?) and she did a phenomenal job! Not one hair was out of place! She is a perfectionist! I also loved that the products she used were not highly scented because I get a headache from strong scents. She is also super sweet and so easy to talk to, too! I will definitely be back again soon! So glad I found this salon and they were able to squeeze me in last minute for an event I had! My daughters have had their hair cuts here in the past several times but I don't remember by who and they were always super happy. Always excellent service!! Everyone who works there is always very pleasant. I also have had waxing services here in the past & I was always very pleased. Feel very Blessed to have found this terrific salon.

I love femme! The owner is so sweet and helped me find an appointment quickly. Maddie did an amazing job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted and gave that & so much more. She also did some treatments on it as well. It feels and looks so much better. Thanks Maddie!

I got my first hair extensions about 6 months ago and it was a disaster. Background: There are many techniques for installation of extensions -- some are more damaging to one's own natural hair than others. The hair stylist installed them using a method she apparently developed herself. Her method ended up tearing a lot of my own hair out by the roots which they tried blaming me I mean why would I pull my own hair out? (I still have the little clumps of hair ). So I lost a lot of hair (approx 20 clumps, each containing at least 20 hairs). Also, the wefts (pieces of hair used to create length and volume, i.e. the "extension" ) were supposed to be of the highest quality, but, in fact, they were not. I asked several times what kind of extensions they were and I was told they’re Femme’s hair extensions. Apparently the hair was "Bohyme" hair, which usually has a good reputation. Apparently bad batches happen now and then. Some web research showed that the Bohyme is good about refunds/returns when people complain about getting a "bad batch of hair I don’t know what was with the hair but I had went back at least 5 or 6 times and almost thousand dollars later. I asked for a contract and the manager Christine said they’d look for my contract and never got back to me. So basically l never signed anything and from my knowledge you’re supposed to from the very beginning I reached out to the owner Megan tried asking for my contract and she blocked me. I always felt so uncomfortable going in there all they care about is money. This last time I went back I signed a contract allowing her to do my hair extensions one last time I mean after the 7th time going back you now give me a contract. From day 1, it took me over 2 hours to comb it out after a typical shampoo-wash, (which should be just like washing your own hair--it should not take 2 hours to comb out) and I could not wear my hair "down" -- it had to be up in a pony tail or it would mat and tangle immediately (literally, 5 minutes and it looked like I had slept on it). After a couple weeks, the extensions started slipping out, so I went in for repairs on 4 occasions in the course of about a month and a half (no charge). Each time I went to see the stylist, I complained about how badly the hair was matting and tangling, as well as how badly my scalp itched. There were bumps forming along the extension braids (typically the wefts are sewn onto small braids made from the person's own, intact hair, the braids are kept very close to the scalp). The itching and bumps are common symptoms of traction alopecia, a condition characterized by the wearer's natural hair coming out, follicle (root) still attached, as a result of constant pulling by the braids. The stylist never mentioned the fact that I was experiencing symptoms of traction alopecia, even though she could see the damage when I came into get the repairs.End result, I lost a lot of hair (possibly permanent) and have suffered with the low quality hair for several months (I have to wear the extensions now because my own hair is so sparse.) so I wear a ponytail all of the time. After the stylist was unavailable for repairs one week, I sought out another stylist, who removed the extensions and reinstalled them properly. I haven't experienced the traction alopecia bumps or itching since then, nor have I lost anymore hair. I requested a refund from the first stylist, but she refuses to refund my money. I get blocked and told I’m not a good fit for the salon. 2 hair stylists were amazing and I’m not bashing them in any way what it comes down is poor management it’s not all about the money! And I NEVER signed a contract to be a model!! If so present it PLEASE. It’s been all LIES. I mean are you still looking for that contract I asked for weeks ago? I didn’t sign up to be a Guinea pig!

Tori does my hair at La Femme and she is wonderful. I was looking for a new hair stylist after mine retired. She is fabulous! I won’t go anywhere else than La Femme and my 2 daughters also started going here.

I had requested Karolina and Devon for hair and makeup for my wedding and it was the best decision! I struggled finding hair and makeup vendors and I'm so glad I chose Femme. Both Karolina and Devon made everyone feel so comfortable day-of/listened to preferences if there were any. They even advocated to bring a third stylist to help my timeline move more smoothly and get everyone ready on time. I did have to stay organized and on top of the planning process, so I would just recommend keeping up with the communication prior to the day. Thanks Karolina and Devon for helping our wedding day go so smoothly!
