I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage in Tinley Park enough. Deb is amazing. She really cares about the customer and the business. She was always pleasant and helpful. I have recommend a friend to Extra Space who just got her first storage unit.

Extra Space Storage in Tinley Park is excellent. The customer service is top notch. Deb was super easy to work with and very helpful. The climate controlled area was clean. We had household items stored for 5 months. There was no dust accumulation, no sign of bugs or pests, and the common areas were clean and well maintained. On one visit we noticed a bad tire on a cart and at our next visit it was replaced with a new cart. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

DEBORAH AND HER COWORKER WERE EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! AND HELPFUL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN LIFE IVE LOOKED FORWARD TO GOING TO THE STORAGE FACILITY.

ExtraSpace Storage was a great storing solution for us as we were in-between homes. The building and the units were extremely clean and temperature regulated. When our move out date was scheduled after our billing cycle, they were flexible in pro-rating the time we had left in the unit before move out. The 10x10 unit fit all of our 1 bed, 1 bath condo furniture easily. The building is very secure with multiple security access points. Highly recommend if you need a storing solution!

Leased a unit off their website. The lease agreement is all digital online if you prefer. The move in was super easy. Deb the property manager was fantastic to deal with. So happy I made the move from Public Storage. Much nicer property.
