I am so grateful for Radiology Scheduler Fallon. I really hope I spelled her name correctly. Fallon literally saved the day with her exceptional customer service. In a time where everyone seems so rushed and angry, Fallon was patient, kind and willing to assist me with an issue someone else caused. DULY, you truly have a gem and her name is Fallon. Thank you again Fallon!!

I have been seeing Doctors at this location since it was Tinley Medical. Since Duly has taken over from Pronger Smith, it has been a revolving door for the Medical staff. My original doctor left Duly in 2020. I was able to be reassigned to a new doctor, who was as terrific as my original Doctor, however she left Duly last year. When getting assigned to a new doctor last November, I received a $317 new patient charge. When disputing the charge multiple times, I have been given different reasons as to why they feel the charge is correct, including that since I have a new doctor, the charge is applicable, and if this doctor leaves, I will receive a new patient charge again. There are 2 new facilities opening a half mile either north and south of Duly, and I will be looking into each of them.

I had an appt today, for the first time, with a new Dr. I called the service four times for directions to the facility. Unbelievable service. Never got to the location! Asked them numerous times if they were in the Loyola Medical building or the Advocate Medical Building. They did not even know where that was at on Lagrange Road! Found out later from a friend that they are in the Dupage Medical Building only approx 4 blocks away. Cancelled my appt.

This relates specifically to the Opthalmology reception desk of this facility. It does not review any other part of the Duly Health Center.I arrived early for my appointment. To my chagrin, I made a mistake and used a credit card that could not be used. I learned if I didn't make the co-pay prior to the eye appointment, I couldn't see the opthalmologist.Fair enough! That's the policy. The real problem occurred after that. I suggested that I go to the nearby bank and get the cash to pay the co-pay.The 1st receptionist was outstanding, customer friendly, genuinely nice to the patients there. She's a major credit to Duly Health and Care. The other receptionist sitting next to her was NOT. After my suggestion, she didn't argue against my idea, but she made nonverbal gestures indicating that my appointment was as good as cancelled, because I was going to be late. This turned out to be a very important appointment relating to my eye problem. And because one receptionist discouraged me from getting the co-pay, I thought my chances were about 50-50 of not being seen for a critical problem! The stress level making the quick trip to the bank was high! Here's why I write this review. I ended up waiting over a half hour for my appointment. The wait wasn't the problem. But the situation begs the question,"how could a receptionist discourage me from being 10 minutes late to a critical eye appointment WHEN this office WAS ACTUALLY RUNNING OVER A HALF HOUR LATE??"Again, the 1st receptionist was outstanding; she was customer friendly.Thankfully, I took my cue from the better receptionist. I got the money; I had the appointment. As usual, the Dr. Joffe and staff were fine.

Since Duly took over, the billing dept. is a nightmare. They outsourced the billing dept. to another country and I cannot understand a word they are saying. I have tried calling and have gotten no help regarding our bill. I wound up appealing a bill where we were signifiganly overcharged and these dummies sent me to collections. We have been going to DuPage Medical Group for over 10 years and this is how we get treated like CRAP. We will be looking somewhere else for our care. Look out - they take your copay and if you have 1 outstanding bill, they apply it to another date of service so you have no idea how to keep track of your billing. Duly going down the tubes. Lots of scumbags in the waiting room now. Probably getting free insurance.

Duly Healthcare center is good doctors when you ask questions they will tell what the problem is and I have Dr. Sheika and he is a good provider when I tell him my health concerns he will solve them and have tests done . This hospital do excellent job because when I had my surgery I didn't have to wait long .

I walked in here today to get 2 MRI's back to back. First person I encountered was unpleasant and directed me to the MRI check in. Second person as well clearly did not want to be at work today. Made my way to the MRI department and 3rd person lacked any hospitality. Laid on the MRI table for an hour no one spoke but the bare minimum. I mentioned that I was stressed. Still not a word. After laying there flat on my back the lady told me we were done and had no interest in helping me up. I will never return here or suggest anyone else do the same. Clearly no one wants to work and it completely shows!

OMG this place has really gotten bad over the past 6 years. It was at it's best when it was Pronger Smith Medical Center. I have been going here for over 30 years. Once the names begin to change and the best of the best Doctors begin to leave it is terrible. Many of the physicians have left and then it's up to you to try and find a new physician. Once you finally find one to your expectation, you schedule then later you receive a call stating this Dr. is not accepting new patients. I had being seeing this new Dr. for about a year when she left and another when he left. I recently schedule an appointment with my Primary Care Doc. I received a reminder notification and showed up for my appointment. I was checked in and informed to sit in waiting area. Well I waited 25 minutes and decided to get up and see what was going on. I then was informed that my PCP was no longer with Duly Health. "Oh I'm sorry she left months ago a letter was sent out to all of her patients" Well I didn't get one and why was I able to schedule an appointment with her and also be checked in and informed to have a sit in the waiting area? "Oh, you are right she said - I don't know why her template is still open". "Oh I see other patients are scheduled to come in to see her as well. I better called and cancel with them". This place has gone to the DOGs and as soon as my employer have open enrollment I will be switching my Health Care Facility. All of the physicians are leaving or have left and so is the Quality of Patient Care.

Over the past three years, two doctors have quit this location. When that happens they do not try to set you up with a new doctor, just call you and say “sucks to be you try to fight for a new doctor and appointment time!” After getting an appointment for a third doctor, they called to let me know that oops that doctor actually isn’t working that day that was open and available for scheduling two months in advance, try again for a different day!Trying to get ahold of the office is an absolute nightmare and when you finally do, They do not read your charts to extend prescriptions, even going so far as to say that “sorry didn’t see the labs you had done my bad!” And when the nurses on the phone see you are due for a refill, the nurses in the office do not respond to approve the refill request for over a week.Just an absolutely scattered way of running a doctors office!

This place is terrible. Nobody seems to want to work and the wait is atrocious. To pick up and drop off specimens is ridiculous, it forces people to leave terrible reviews. I am a person who never leaves feedback, so for me to do so means that this location is horrible! If you plan on using this location plan on getting the run around!

Great place and location! Staff is always professional and helpful. Wait times arent too bad, but you'll wait anywhere. My doctor (Siddqui) is amazing. Very truthful, compassionate, helpful at managing my meds and concerns.
