Whenever I go to Dr. Valenti's I am confident that my pet will be well taken care off. The staff is friendly and patient. Dr. Valentin is very knowledgeable and comforting. I would recommend Family Pet Clinic to anyone looking for a vet for their pet. I know I can always depend on the doc and staff to take good care of my precious rescue.

Dr. Valenti has always taken great care of our dogs. He definitely saved the life of one of our dogs and we will always be grateful. It's clear he works very hard and does all he can for his patients. And his staff is wonderful. Your pet will be in good hands here.

Love our Vet. He remembers everything about both our fur babies (cats). He's so on point giving real life scenarios to recommended methods of taking care of them. Doesn't feel bloated or stuffy. Just real and full his caring nature.
The paperwork/documentation is complete and full of detail. Nothing but great things to share. Thanks Doc to you and the team for keeping the lil ones healthy and by extension our family happy.

Dr. Valenti has been caring for our animals since we moved into this area 16 years ago (4 cats, 2 dogs). He is thoughtful, comprehensive in his examinations and treatment plans, and incredibly practical. He and his staff helped 2 of our cats cross over the rainbow bridge when it was time, and they were so kind and compassionate. You won't find a better vet in this area.

I've been a loyal customer of Dr. Valenti and staff at Family Pet Clinic since 1999. I truly appreciate the outstanding veterinarian care Family Pet Clinic provided to my last two dogs, Chloe and before that Muffin over the past 23 years. While I have at least 5 pet clinics closer to where I live, you cannot beat the quality and personalized care that Dr. Valenti and his team provide to pet owners. I willingly travel the extra miles to take advantage of the finest pet care one could find. Dr. Valenti and veterinarian nurse Heather are so very caring, compassionate folks that know you and your dog on a personalized level. More importantly, they are in tune with your pet's care needs and do not over-prescribe treatments. The office staff, including Diane are very personable and again, know you and your pet. Finally, the prices they charge for service are very competitive to any clinic. Our dogs truly lived better, healthier lives with the help of Family Pet Clinic. Kudos to these folks!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof). In need of a new vet since our previous vet for over twenty years retired. Our dog has been displaying some alarming behavior, and it's only getting worse, circling, circling, circling, unsettled, huffing and puffing. It could be neurological, she could have injured herself, vertebrae injury, leg injury, luxating patella (she is a 4.5 lb "jumper," she leaps and bounds all over the place). I called them to schedule an appointment based on the positive reviews of the doctor, Dr. Valenti. The woman who answered the phone was extremely indifferent and lacking any kind of compassion when I explained my dog's extremely unsettled behavior and urgent need to bring her in for an evaluation. I spent two to three minutes explaining my dog's symptomatology, only for the woman to curtly tell me "so, so, sorry, Dr. Valenti is no longer taking on new dog/cat patients." Their website does not state that Dr. Valenti is no longer accepting new animal patients, quite the contrary, so their website is quite misleading. If he doesn't want to take on any new animal patients then update your website, people, or don't have any website at all. The woman could have at least offered a referral to another vet clinic, or upon hearing my anxiety over what could be wrong with my precious fur baby talk to Dr. Valenti if he could see her. If Dr. Valenti and his office is as nice and customer friendly as the other Yelp reviews claim I would have expected more. Further, like human doctors, veterinary doctors take an oath upon graduation from veterinary college "to practice wisely, with compassion and concern for both human and animal welfare." Hmm, where is adherence to this oath? Total lack of compassion here. The other reviews are definitely canned, fake reviews and are not to be believed. Very unprofessional and unempathetic.

Greatest vet in town! Staff takes time to build a relationship with you and your animal while keeping you informed of your pets health and procedures at every step of the way. My family has been going to them for years and I could not recommend them enough!

For over 12 years, Dr Valenti and his staff have cared for our dogs and cats. They are absolutely THE best. They've helped us through some very difficult situations over the years with our furbabies. They are kind and compassionate and go above and beyond. Dr Valenti is extremely knowledgeable about animals and made us feel comfortable with his plan of care. We have never had one complaint. Office is always clean and well organized and staff is welcoming.

You won't find a more thorough and competent doctor for your family pet. Always goes the mile in extending treatment. Dr. Valenti is also a truly caring and compassionate person... your pet couldn't be in better hands.
