We went in for 2 bikes tonight, one was called in from another location and Tinpeg location had it set up and ready for us in less than an hour. Also Mike helped us out and let me say it was refreshing to have a taste of great customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set up, answered questions and even walked out and helped us load. Thanks for a great experience!

I called looking for a recumbent bike and Tim at the Joliet store took the time helping me make the right decision on my choice over the phone. He even found the bike in stock at the Tinley Park store and sent us there to look at it. We ended up going into the store and comparing the different models but we ended up buying the floor model that had all the features we wanted. Our Salesman at the Tinley store was Kenneth who took the time to help us make the right decision based on price and features of each of the bikes. The store manager Leslie assisted in making sure we were satisfied with our service and the purchase price. I want to thank both Kenneth and Leslie for their taking the time to help us with our purchase!

I was attempting to purchase shoes, and there weren't any team members in the department on the floor.
However, there were at least 8 guests looking for service as well.
I looked in the back to find a team member and saw 3 just talking.
I'm sure this is not store policy!
This was an unfortunate experience for me and the other patrons who were waiting for service.
My only hope is that guest training on this issue is expedited to ensure the service improves.

I went to this store to find an athletic pair of shoes for my kid . I asked a white employee for help several times she would only point &&’describe the aisle …. not come to where I was needing help . Moments later a white customer asked for help looking for the same exact items &&’ she eagerly walked around the corner the help this woman ! I could not believe that she would not even take the time to properly show me the items I wanted to purchase. I needed help &&’ continued to ask her as! Of course I’m BLACK ! I will never shop here again. I never have these problems in orland

Shopping at the store for the holidays, I found good presents to buy, however when I went to the counter to pay for my items. A police officer was standing close by and watching only me. I tried to think nothing of it, until I realized that same officer was in his car outside the door when I came in. It must have thrown me off guard, because when I got home and prepared to wrap the three gifts I bought, one of them was not in the bag. I called back to the store and explained the matter to them, the manager said he was looking at the tape of me being there and that the clerk put my items in the bag. When I asked to come back and see the proof for myself he said that wasn't allowed. I will just have to take his word for it. You be the judge.

I really get gift cards for a couple of friends that ski in park city for Christmas. I do like the store. Staff was very nice.
