I was denied a monthly membership just because I called my bank when they withdrew an extra $29 extra extra fee I was effectively denied this is not fair.

Love this place. But please, to the team power washing the cars stay away. 4foot halo around all vehicles. This young men all in my car and telling me to pull up. More training needed. Safety first

I love this place! The staff are amazing and very welcoming. I have a monthly membership for unlimited car washes and I enjoy that as well. Never had a problem thus far. I really like the Crestwood location.

Interior cleaning is terrible, for the the unlimited member they raising the price for more than double starting from next month so I’m going to cancel it
I used to recommend this car wash for everyone but not after this bad service

Didn't know that the car wash wasn't included. The interior was not clean well and the car wash was not that good. Maybe the day I went wasn't a good day.

I purchased a sk+ yesterday and it definitely did its job. Car was covered w/ last seasons dirt, grime, and salt, and it cleaned it all off. Had to tip the towel dryer cus it's deathly outside! I've gone to the Downers Grove location before but Tinley does it better. Thanks for the clean whip Delta 2 free washes w/ a sk+ purchase may I add

Need to have a bucket of bug wash for the summer for customers to use. Also not a great job for lower part of the car. Always has dirt on it.

First time here, and I had the worst experience with their work. I paid $160! So they could spray the almoral on the interior without cleaning it first. I am disappointed of the service and the quality, the amount they charged was not worth it. I will never come here again.
They don't even know how to remove floor mats. They broke the mat safety lock.

Maybe decent for a light detail but these guys took hours to detail my car and it wasnt much better than I couldve done on a Saturday afternoon myself

It’s Mother’s Day today, I pay for the unlimited interior and did not get a successful clean. Thank you, Jermell for doing touchups at the end for me which truly helped. But once I pulled away, I also noticed some small details that are a basic, and quick doing. my rearview mirror wasn’t wiped, my dash and steering wheel was not wiped, my radio wasn’t even wiped. I feel like nothing was wiped down because both doors in the front are pretty dirty as well. Very unsatisfied I’m gonna stick with the Crestwood location for now.
