They are not there during posted hours. 9 am means 9 am not 9:30 am. This is not the first time they weren't there for posted hours. Any other business model would not support this. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Couldnt tell us by phone if the minuteclinic accepts medicaid, told us we needed to DRIVE THERE to show them the card, once we drove there then they told us they wont accept it. Offered to pay for the strep test IN CASH and was told they could lose their license if we did that. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE

The store manager Joyce is incredibly rude. Very disrespectful and not helpful at all. Employees are great but the manager here is horrible. Worst CVS I’ve been too.

Don't get your prescriptions filled here. I have called on numerous occassions to make sure a medication came with syringes.. to administer the medication. I spoke to a tech over the phone asking if the syringes are with the medicine. And she said yes it is all ready. My husband went to pick it up and asked another tech, is everything here, medication and syringes. The tech said yes. He got home and the syringes weren't there and when I called, the same tech my husband saw in person answered and told me they don't have syringes stocked. And another medication I have been waiting on for almost a week. This isn't the first time this has happened and I regret not changing my pharmacy sooner.

Not recommend. I come here for flu-covid shot and go to pharmacy counter. There are 3 employees, 2 not visibly doing anything so the wait begins.Then I'm yelling sensitive info across the room because the computer is 50 feet away from counter. They tell me to go sit, and then I see a tiny vaccine check in sign at knee level.I chose cvs for the coupon, should have just went to meijer where all my meds are.

INCREDIBLE PHARMACY. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME FIND A BETTER PRICE ON MY PRESCRIPTION. THE PRICE WAS HALF OF MY INSURANCE.

I am a viral couponer and I enjoy couponing at CVS particularly this one. It’s very clean products are always available. I do take my time to make sure I’m getting more bang for my buck. I didn’t appreciate the associate telling the cashier to stand behind me. I do multiple transactions not to steal but to roll my extra bucks. It’s my go to CVS but after this I’m taking a break.

Don't send Rx here, they won't fill it promptly and can't provide estimates of time filled because flu shots are more profitable the Rx.
