This branch wants you to make an appointment before visiting the bank, but they never answer the phone. 0nline appt shows no branch in Tinley Park IL or Orland Park IL. After 4 rings, you are automatically transferred to Citibank customer service, which is always in a foreign country. Usually they are not helpful. I wish for better customer services from Citibank and their Branches.

I have nothing but bad things to say about Citibank. Their terms are outrageous and their call center employees are the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. I can't understand them, they can't understand me, and all they do is read scripts that have no relevance to my call. You'd think that it might be possible to have a better experience in person at a Citibank branch. But you'd be wrong. The people at this branch are the laziest, dumbest, most worthless bank employees around. I strongly recommend that you not visit this location. Even better, cancel all your Citibank accounts and have a happier life from there on out.

Very positive. Met branchManager Maria a week or two ago. She was friendly knowledgeable told me she’d be there for 15 years and started work and a complicated reimbursement issue. Solved the problem with higher headquarters, and reimbursement received expected. Walking into this branch was completely different so walking into one in a further south suburb of Chicago where I was made to feel unwelcome and a bother to them. I will never go back to the other branch, but will drive the additional distance to deal with Maria and her staff. As a businessman, I know how important customer service is and it is a reflection on the local manager who in this case who is Maria thank you Maria good job God blessOnly complaint is getting through on the telephone is very difficult because they obviously are very busy and have limited staff. But Maria was good at returning calls and following through.

must be branch manager Maria that makes the difference. Met her two weeks ago after a terrible experience at another Citibank branch at a south Cook county location. i had a problem at that branch and felt unwelcomed. Maria and Tinley Park branch was a world. She made me feel welcomed. She looked into my problem and got it solved and it was resolve Earlier than promised. Good job Maria, thank you and God bless.

Wish I had read the reviews before transferring my savings account with Citibank into a checking account at this location. After two weeks had passed before receiving the checks, several e-mails and telephone calls were made to their whereabouts. It took a week before a reply was given that "the checks were not sent out because they didn't have my zip code" which was unbelievable during this time and age of the internet and where it was also on my savings account statements for many, many years. A very bad experience in terms of feeling as a valued customer with Citibank and I will take the loss when I cancel this account with them.

I bank with Citibank because their customer service is simply the best. The staff at the Tinley Park office are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Most importantly, they won't push anything that isn't going to be in your best interest. They put the needs of their client's first and always have a smile and kind word. I have never felt rushed or pressured with any banking process. As a disabled Vet, Im incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have such an amazing staff available to help me navigate my finances and always willing to take the time to answer and explain any questions I have. Kindness, a smile, and patience go a long way, and the staff here genuinely understands that aspect.

Feb. 2022Fraudulent ACH withdrawals have been made from my checking account for over a year. It's partly my fault it went on for so long, because I didn't catch it earlier, but the bottom line is how did this occur in the first place. Someone isn't doing their job and the branch manager is no help whatsoever.Citibank doesn't appear to be in a hurry to help resolve this matter.Citibank has absolved itself of any responsibility.

Being a small business owner along with my personal relationship with Citibank, this location questions my continued relationship with Citi. Terrible Customer Service, overwhelmed staff and a more of a “stand off approach” like I was bothering the person that was already reluctant to help. And all around terrible experience.
