So does oil really cost 16.99 a qt of oil?? It says 2 dollars off if u buy 2 but I know that was not correct and she tried saying we moved the 2 dollar off tag .. go try to rip of a dumb girl bc I am not and rude employee!! I will be calling corporate !!! rip off artist
