They make everything impossible, never give you the right details and tell you something will take 3 days then it takes 3 weeks.

This is the worst chase branch like ever ? I pass on my way home from work and stop sometimes, 3/3 days I stopped this week NONE of the ATMS were working. Like what????

Tellers will insult you for following their directions to you, when you find out they were wrong. Worst yet, Branch Manager is clueless about how Chase words. Avoid.

Went to this branch an hour ago to deposit cash into the ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and didn't credit my checking account for the cash the machine just took. I walked inside the branch and the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I mentioned what happened and the attitude was "yea so? What do you want me to do about it?". Then they told me if I call customer support I'd get the money credited into my account instantly. I called and they transferred me to the claims team. Claims team didn't seem to care and said it's 100% not instant and branch was wrong. Now I'm sitting here out of money because their machine malfunctioned with no idea if I'll see that money again. This branch has always been awful, ATMs always down and Chase just lost me as a customer.

Wanted to go inside to withdraw and the door wouldn't work to let me in. I am not a person that really likes to go through drive-thru ATMs, because now the people in the world have really changed and you have to be extra careful when going to a drive-through ATM. Please be safe!!

The bank manager endorsed my postal money order without looking and and then refused to deposit it because the front was made out Carmax. At the very least she should have looked at it before she stamped it. Now the post office won't take it back and i'm out 660 bucks.

The bank teller named Priscilla is very unprofessional and needs to take some customer service classes. My husband came to this location to pay our property taxes on one of our properties. She put in the wrong property tax number and when he went back in to bring it to her attention she acted like it was cool and made a joke about it. That isn’t funny nor is it a joking matter. Never once apologized for her mistake instead lied and said she scanned it wrong, No lady you put it in wrong. On top of that you had to put the money through the counting machine 3, then said you owe him 2 dollars. How can that be when he gave you exact change. Maybe you just need to go back to retaining altogether. I am not trying to be mean but you started it by not apologizing and acting like this was a joking matter. Then once my husband turned his back to leave they thought it was funny. If it would have posted to the wrong account you guys would have a big problem on your hands. So I will be going to corporate about how unprofessional these workers are. If you don’t like your job you can always find other.

Worst coustmers service ever. All the bankers go on lunch at the same time. They keep you waiting without asking about what you need. If I can do half star I would7/26/21
