I inquired about an issue I was having with my account at this location. I was not met with any respect from the teller. (name was Michelle). she was very condescending with her answers. she did not seem like she wanted to help. I will not be coming back

Chase bank mortgage department does not know how to estimate property taxes correctly. Beware!!!! You may end up have an extremely short escrow account due to no fault of your own.
