I have been with this agent for several decades. Bill used to want to try to help his clients but now he can’t be bothered. What a disappointment when I have issues about my claim and he’s absolutely no help at all. He just jumped to the aid of State Farm and took their side on every issue I had. He also gave me wrong information when I was questioning the cost of my car insurance premium. He even hung up on me! Once while speaking to Vicky and I told her that my neighbor across the street is getting a brand new roof and the State Farm appraiser handed her a check on the spot. She abraisivly told me “we don’t do that.” Really? Yes you do and how long have you been working there and you don’t know that?? Pretty much she’s calling me a liar. Stay away from this agent and find a better one. I know I did.

Been with them since I got my license (17 am 40 now). They've had my back since day 1. Moms had them since I was born. They're a lil expensive, but worth it!

This office is more concerned with turning a profit than with their customers. After having a policy for 30 years with Kathy I looked into other companies. Tried to go back 4 months later and they had no recollection of ever working with my property and doubled my premium . When I contacted the office all they had to say was "ok" and ueah". No interest in keeping customers.

Ed and his staff have been insuring multiple areas of my life for 10 plus years. Car, jewelry, and renters insurance and have always been beyond helpful and available when I need them. Ed and the other members of his staff are always more then helpful and easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for car, home, or personal item policies!

Whether a comprehensive review, a quick question or some hand holding during trying times, Ed, Vicky and the rest of the crew are there to help their customers.They provide home, auto and business coverage to generations of the same families, mine included. Outstanding agent and staff! The whole team here is well trained and really does their best to make sure a customer is covered correctly. Also, when service is needed this group stands beside the customer through the entire process to make sure the client is taken care of.

I like how they do business. They have been very good to me and they work with me, not against me. Even though sometimes I fall behind on payments, they try to help me! Vicky is very sweet and helpful in particular!
