Bought a brand new 23 Compass. First month I had it a recall was released, bring it in no problem. In the process of doing them doing the recall my sunroof broke. Had to bring it back in for a diag, parts not in stock. Bring it in for a 3rd time for the part to be installed. Now my display screen has a mind of its own when driving and can't decide if it wants to be obnoxiously bright or dim which is a huge hazard at night. Brought it in for a 4th time for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong and that tech line is closed but they will be calling me back the following Monday after they can get in contact with techline. That was about 2-3 weeks ago.. I still have no update. Call today 3 times and no one answers except the receptionist. Called a 4th time finally get an advisor on the phone and he puts me on hold for 10 min claiming he can't find my file. I've had more issues with this vehicle and their service department than I had with any of my other vehicles with Bettenhausen.

Friendly staff, clean dealership was told approximate time truck would be done. Called a couple hours later giving update and then when it was done. Repairs completed in estimated time. Can't ask for anything more. Will be back.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR LEASED VEHICLES TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I drove from out of state to purchase instead of returning the vehicle due to being 20k miles UNDER what the lease allowed, therefore, having a lot of equity in my vehicle. At the end of my lease they tried to charge me a 2000$ processing fee and 895$ doc fee. There was NOTHING in my contract stating these ridiculous fees. I ended up leaving, reviewing my contract and going to a local dealership and wrote a check for $2900 less than what this crooked place was charging. This place is the epitome of 'Used Car Sales'.

Bought a brand new 2022 Jeep from this dealership. In a little more than a year, it wouldn't start. They said it would take two weeks to even look at it and that the warranty wouldn't cover it until it was in the shop. I would have to pay out of pocket for a rental so it was just cheaper to take it to a mechanic. These people are crooks, they found a clever way to not honor warranties. I would not recommend doing business with such a shady place.

This is my first Jeep. I was so pleased with the entire buying experience. However, trying to work with the service department has been HORRIBLE! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix an error message. They had my car over 24 hours before they assigned a technician! They finally assigned a technician after I called multiple times and complained. It was hard to even talk to someone live, they kept forwarding me to voicemail. HORRIBLE Customer Service! I regret buying new Jeep!

I wouldn't recommend bringing your mopar here. It took almost two months to get my car back and most of the time was spent sitting in the lot for the same part they ordered multiple times. The communication is poor as well, the reps can't tell you exactly what's wrong, rushing you off the phone, giving false promises when your car will be ready. I also loved how they made sure to unplug my dash cam when my car was there for a trans issue, knocking it off my mirror putting it back crooked.

This dealership by far is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The service writers treat you like family. The service department Takes care of your vehicle in a timely manner and at a fair price. I would highly recommend this dealer for all your service needs.?????

David Martinez was great. He's friendly and did not push extras. Prices were competitive. The process was relatively quick and took about 2 hours total.

I brought my jeep in today to address a recall notice. I was greeted by Michael Spagnola in the service department . I was very happy about my experience with Michael. He communicated in a very professional matter and also went above and beyond to explain exactly everything that the mechanics did to fix my jeep. He also came to my car with me and explained some of the features on my car that I didn't realize that I had. He went above and beyond . Thanks Michael

Always a pleasure experience when we go to BETTENHAUSEN. We mainly deal with JACKIE and service. Who is outstanding. Places of business wouldn’t have to worry if they had more employees like JACKIE working there. This was a very special purchase for my wife and me. We needed a wheelchair accessible van so that we could transport my 94 year old mother-in-law around. My sales representative, Shannon Magurany, made the process much easier than I had anticipated. 70% of the work was done over the phone. I have never purchased a vehicle so easily in my life.

Absolutely garbage. Brought in a brand new 23 overland L I purchased for 75k. Electrical flickered then ac blew out, they then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't even look at the vehicle for a minimum of 3 weeks. Didn't offer a loaner even though I bought all the warranties. What a shit show. That's bad business and makes me wish I never bought a jeep. That's pretty sad honestly. Next thing is the "owner or manager" will reply to this review stating that we should call them immediately to remedy this situation only to get the spin around. Lol big joke. Can't wait to get rid of this jeep and buy a Chevy! I recommend you do not buy a jeep especially from this location. Again go buy Chevy, their service department actually takes you in immediately and will have a loaner ready for you! I can say this with absolute confidence because I Own a total of 7 cars and 3 of them are brand new Tahoe suburban and Yukon. Anytime I have any sort of issue even if it's just in my head they take it in and get straight to it all while handing you a loaner like they're supposed to because THATS WHAT WE PAID FOR!" Service really had the nerve to tell me to get a car from enterprise and pay out my pocket, without even giving me a real time frame. Wooow. So mad I bought a jeep but no biggie I'll trade it in immediately and buy another Chevy.

Working with Charles Johnson at Bettenhausen was a fantastic experience. He was thorough and helpful without ever pushing a hard sell. He helped me find what truly worked best for me.When the time came to purchase, I had to make the deal while I was tied up at work. Charles worked the numbers over and over for me, touching base all day long to keep me in the loop and find me the best offer. He really went above and beyond.I’ve had the car for a couple weeks - it’s been great and I couldn’t be happier.I’d recommend any car buyer to seek out Charles to work with and I’ll be back to see him myself as soon as I’m in need of another car.

I started my Jeep adventure going to other dealerships, but they did not give me the quality of service like I received at Bettenhousen. Most definitely, I received respect there. Betttenhousen is a five-star dealership. I will recommend their service to anyone, keep up the good work.
