hey guys, I went to Bath and body work with my dad right the manager was Was so rude and the workers they were so slow too. I went there to buy some stuff and they were so slow they cannot take Cash only card Credit card? I like Bath and body work but when you go outside, there's a lot garbage I'm the ground

I absolutely LOVE Bath and body works! I spoil myself and all of the associates are very helpful and nice. Honestly, I can spend hours in there because there's just so much to choose from and the scents smell good.

I did a pickup order and then a return. Debbie was extremely rude, and seemed like it was a problem to return items that was just purchased Sunday. Extremely disappointed in customer service here.

Stacye the team lead/manager was super helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make a call and fix an order that was ready at a different store. Even though she wasn’t obligated to fix my mistake, she still did! Marcus was also very nice. This location was fully stocked and organized as well.

I am shocked and astonished in bath and body works service! Is bath and body works training their employees to do nothing. I visited this location on harlem 2 managers standing up front talking and looking out of the window. Never asking to assist a lady with a cane and large return also as the line grew longer the managers both stood up front not helping at all until they were called.
However Joy the cashier was professional helpful and patient she will eventually move on to bigger and better things!
I'm extremely disappointed in the way bath and body works manages their store locations.
I guess the sale days will pull foot traffic in hopes customers will ignore the poor customer service and just buy!
