“It was a total accident that I ended up at Midas, however, a blessing in disguise! I was experiencing some steering while braking problems with my vehicle! It was scary at times! I happened to drive by Midas in Tinley Park and asked a bystander if it was a good place to bring my car. He said, “Yes,” Ask for Scott and tell him Jason sent you!” Best decision I’ve made in a long time! Scott Bella was polite, friendly, accommodating and organized. He scheduled my first visit for the next morning! Upon arrival the next morning, my car was taken for a test drive and then checked from bumper to bumper! Recommendations were made and I will return in 3000 miles. I was very impressed with their efficiency, knowledge, friendly atmosphere and their thoroughness in providing me documentation for my car’s repairs and maintenance in the future.

“It's not often that I don't buy something from someone but still feel obliged to write a review. I have worked with Cinda R. whose The senior sales specialist at the store. I contacted her a few days ago in regards to one of the vehicles she was selling. We worked on the deal and it was fantastic, however, I went with another car as sometimes that's how life works. And although I didn't purchase her car, I had set a deposit down on a vehicle, which she refunded to me immediately. There was no hassling, she was the most professional car sales person I have ever worked with. I know that I will eventually buy a car from her one day, it just won't be today. What a terrific worker though. I wish there were more people like her even at my job. If you're ever in the market for a car, call this lady and she will make things right.”

“Nick Pattenaude took his time with your purchase we were able to test drive 3 vehicles we wanted to test drive and we did not have to go to multiple dealers looking for the cars Nick was patient and took his time to make sure we got our questions answer. Nick is not like other salesman, he is not pushy or makes you feel like you are pressure into your purchase. We took our time and never felt like we were being trying to be push out the door. Nick was very busy and had many repeat customers while we were there. Nick was able to handle the whole sale we did not have to talk to his manager or the finance guy. Which was very nice.”
