Well informed and knowledgeable staff, all of whom were very pleasant to deal with. Not only did I get the oil change for my Audi Q5 that I came for, but was informed about several items needing attention that I will come back for further resolution.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2023 certified pre-owned Audi Q5 from here. Kevin was fantastic from the minute I walked in the door on my first visit to the minute I left with my gorgeous Audi on the second visit. Kevin was personable, kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and not pushy at all. He was by far the best salesperson I dealt with in my vehicle search and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. Also, Janine was upbeat and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the financing and vehicle coverage process. And general manager Christopher made me feel at ease and at home with his kindness and hospitality. My Audi Q5 drives and looks like a dream! I’ve already recommended Kevin and Audi Orland Park to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks for a top notch experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Audi Orland Park. My husband was in contact with Nate at the dealership for over a month going back and forth to purchase a vehicle that fit us best and he was super patient and informative. The dealership stayed open for two hours after closing, so we could come & pick up the vehicle. The communication, the willingness to find what fit us the best & client service from the beginning to the end was amazing! Definitely recommend Nate & the dealership ☺️! Thank you to all once again!

I prefer going to this Audi dealership with the friendliness of the staff, knowledge, and overall welcoming appeal. Noah was fantastic helping me with item I purchased. Patient and kind as I tried to decide what I wanted to get. My technician Anthony did an amazing job with my truck. Fixed and inspected everything to my satisfaction. My service advisor Daniel was so helpful in answering questions, going over price options, and figuring out best fit for my needs. Even the cashier was so friendly and nice. We had so much fun chatting about merchandise. I love this dealership. I prefer them and recommend to everyone. Thank you guys so much! ❤️

This was my first time getting a car from Audi Orland Park and the it was a great experience. Jeff Klukis was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped me and my wife tremendously to find the right car with the best deal. Janine from Finance made the paperwork very easy so I didn’t had to spend hours at the dealer. Overall we are very happy and recommend this dealer without reservations.

You asked for a review. Here’s what I think:Worst experience ever!!Will definitely avoid coming here. Came here to pick up the car. Got sent back and forth to 5 different people. They had no idea what they’re doing. We had called 2 hours prior and informed the service manager that we’re coming to get it and to get it ready. Had to wait almost 2 hours there for them to figure it out.Wasted our time. Couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with car and they came up with recommendations of $9854.56 lol.

This place is crazy good. I lost my car 3 months ago. I was having difficulty buying another car and Kevin helped me as his family member at a very reasonable price. The agent also helped me buy good insurance at a reasonable price. the most wonderful people I've ever met

My experience at Audi if Orland Park was great. My salesman Kevin was amazing, he was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the vehicle. Christopher (manager) was a joy to work with as well. Janine in finance was helpful and knowledgeable and provided a really great insight. I give two thumbs up for the service this dealership provided to me.

Service department has a lot of communication and issues. Wouldn’t recommend and highly advise taking the service needs to Audi in Naperville. Had a service for 60k when car was only at 50k and they said they weren’t much different when in fact the price was drastically different. Next had said something was failing on the engine mounts and took it to two other dealerships to confirm. Would not recommend this cost them me selling an RSQ8 to them as well as any future sales as my wife and I buy several cars every year or two outside of our daily driven Q5. Stay away

Gerald was very helpful and professional. I came in for a standard service, he had me in and out while also explaining my options available. When I returned for pick-up, the team was swift and my car was already outside waiting for me. Highly recommended!

I went in today for an oil change and was presented with a bill for $206. I had an appointment for 8am. I get there and I’m told that I have no appointment on file. I show an email for the appointment and a text confirming my 8am appointment today. At this point, I’m told that I would be taken care of. 3 hrs later, I get an email telling me that my vehicle was ready and I could click pay and basically get out of Dodge (Audi). I’m thinking, I walked in and didn’t get the greatest greeting. I sat for nearly 3 hours before I got any word from this establishment. When I did, it was a text, welcoming me to pay and go. I go to the showroom & my phone rings. I’m summoned to come see the person who told me that I didn’t have the appointment to begin with. I tell him that I have a coupon for $20 off of this $206 bill. He tells me that I should go and get it, but I should’ve given it to him in the first place. To which I say, I said it to you when I came in, as you were telling me that you didn’t have an appointment for me on the books.So I ended up paying $186 dollars instead & feeling like I got played! Who charges $206 for an oil change & nothing else? Who tells you that you’re not supposed to be there & when you show them your confirmation, they don’t even have the decency to apologize? What establishment takes 3 hours to change oil on a little 4-cylinder Q3, say that they also did a multipoint inspect, yet give no results about the supposed inspection? I don’t get it!I was BMW owner for more than 20 years, and even on a bad day, I never felt like I was being blown off and overcharged as I did today.Today’s service sucked, and definitely was not very much bang for the bucks spent.People never really know who they’re servicing, or who that individual is connected/associated with. Something your staff should really be more mindful of. They should treat everyone with kindness, consideration and respect.Everyone has an “off” day, I get that. It’s a two-star review for me! Especially when I leave out and the tire pressure light pops on, telling me that the tire I purchased during my previous visit there is under inflated. Do I return? Absolutely not! Three hours and $200 bucks is more than enough time wasted & I refuse to spend more money or subject myself to more bad service.Just giving my honest opinion about my experience.My previous experience there was excellent.

This was actually my second purchase with IA in Orland. Although both experiences overall were great. I thought that my experience returning my A4 and purchasing the Q3 was going to be difficult for personal reasons, but the moment Kevin introduced himself, allowed me to tell him about myself and my concerns, I knew that I was in good hands. I appreciate Kevin for taking the time to make sure I was purchasing something I would enjoyed and could afford. Even when I needed time to think he assured me that I could contact him with any questions or concerns. Kevin made sure he stayed in contact with me about the vehicle's expected delivery date to ensure I was available. Also took time to make sure I understand all my options. I appreciate the entire friendly staff at IA, Chris and Janean even Gerald in service. Thank you
