The absolute worst service today. There was three people working. I was passed around between people even though none of the people were helping another customer. Beyond rude!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! DO NOT WORK WITH THE STORE MANAGER MADISON OR THE SALES REP DEBORAH. I only gave them a star because I had to I would have gave them 0. This AT&T store scams elderly senior citizens. A good friend of mine ordered her mother In law a phone and sent it to her from fl to IL . She was told to go into a AT&T store near her just to set up and activate her new phone Instead of just simply activating her new phone this store took advantage of an elderly woman with dementia. They said they could not find her number which they lied! It was ported over successfully over a month ago . They canceled her number they had forever and gave her a new number for no reason at all but just to get a sale. They also committed Fraud by bypassing the drivers license scan and adding a new line to the account again for no reason . All they had to do was help her set up her new phone. MADISON IS THE STORE MANAGER HER AND SHE DOES NOT DO RIGHT BY AT&T CUSTOMERS . SHE AND DEBORAH WILL DO ANYTHING FOR A SALE NO MORALES AT ALL

If I could I would give negative stars!! Not even a AT&T store! Worst service ever. Nobody knows what they are doing at all!! The manager is an idiot who can only do her job by scamming you!! Went in for 7 phone lines and ended up with 14!! And they will not do anything to fix it so now it is just my problem. Find somewhere like 159th and LaGrange, at least they are an actual AT&T store

This store is committing fraud! We went in to upgrade a phone in August and they ended up adding another person to our account without our knowledge. We noticed when our bill arrived and it was over $200 more than it should have been. The audacity that this store and its employees have to blatantly use our account and thought they wouldn’t get caught is outrageous! We have already removed this number through calling AT&T but now we have the fight to get the charge refunded to us. A police report is being filed and we will be dealing with the people in this store as well. Stay away from this store!!

In my last 4 visits they haven't been able to help me .I was just trying to make a payment . And they will not take u.s. cash money. I find that very strange we do live in the United States.

This 5 star rating is for Miss Ariana, who helped my elderly mother purchase a new phone. She was so kind and helpful, my Mom left the store with a smile on her face. She told us she will be leaving for another state soon, I just hope they know what a gem she is and they should consider themselves lucky to have her as an employee. Thank you, Ariana.

Don't go here if you're paying with cash. It's no good to them. Had to return something and they couldn't give me a refund because I bought it with cash. They had no cash. I still have not heard from them and have been waiting 7 hours for a reply.

10/28/22I find it very unusual that the employee keeps the door locked.(I was let inside) I’ve seen customers come up to the door, realize it’s locked and either leave or the employee went to open the door. However, the employee didn’t always open the door when a customer was outside. They saw him in here and he didn’t open the door. I don’t know how to open it, but customers are basically being turned away during open hours because the door is locked the whole time. Very unprofessional; customers are driving up here for a service and are being ignored. He’s talking to someone on his phone and he talks very rudely towards the customers that he actually lets in. As if they’re an inconvenience to him. **Can’t confirm*** but it sounded like he lied to a customer about their online order not being ready for pick up*** Didn’t get a name, would not want him to ever help me. This employee should not be working here.

told me it would be fine to come back after I got off work at 7, they close at 8 and their doors were locked at 7:15 when I got there.. I called and he told me it would take 30 mins to upgrade my phone so they couldn’t do even though I got there at 7:15 and they close at 8 but even so what if I had a problem that would take 10 minutes he still locked and turned the lights off WAY before 8
