Because both myself & husband have many health problems & I missed a few classes, so I must change this review! Melissa being more excited about her honeymoon vacation actually said to me, "Oh, you're actually here! Then I told her we found out finally, no cancer, didn't seem to care! She told me she would be discharging me due to 4 absences. I can do this at home. Me, 64 yr old survivor of osteosarcoma, 23 surgeries, told her a 20-30 year old the doctor said 12 weeks of PT! I begged her not to do this. She gave me 6 more classes. Heck, I was still sick on my last day! Well, Destiny worked with me that day & she was very kind. I thought I was finally going to get as strong as I could. But, I actually cried & begged her(Melissa) before she even gave me 6 more days. When my Orthopedic dr. orders a certain amount of PT, how does Melissa change that???....Is that even legal? Well, I realized over that weekend & my husband wasn't very happy how I was treated, so I called & canceled the 6 more sessions I begged her for....Don't want to be somewhere I'm not wanted! I called & once again Paul was nothing but very kind to me. It's Melissa's bigshot, overrule the doctor attitude why I am even changing this. People show their true colors real quickly....Cathy Beaulieu

Therapists and staff are awesome.! They are truly a blessing to their profession.! The facility is clean and machines are wiped down after each person. All are are great assets to ATI. They know their profession very well and explain the exercise and what it all affects. They are professional and nice and make ATI a great place to go to have therapy if needed. Keep up the great job everyone - your awesome!!!!!

John is an experienced physical therapist and seemed to be everyone in the office’s “go-to” for advice. He was caring and helped me get over my fears, was patient yet persistent, was extremely observant, and had a great personality which made it easy to trust and communicate with him. I have no doubt that the gains I made with my knee were because he met me where I was at while also challenging me to push harder while assuring me it was safe to do so. Anthony was a wonderful assistant and the entire staff was friendly. I highly recommend ATI Tinley Park!

I've been in pain for over a year causing me to walk hunched over. Alisha found the problem in less than 15 minutes , loosened up the muscles that were misaligning my hips. Started working on stretching exercises and kept great notes in the system to insure that the next person working on me would know what to do to keep my progress moving forward. My APN recommended this facility because of the good reviews from other patients.
I'm walking without pain already!

I have used ATI in the past and keep going back when needed. Alisha, Allie and Anthony have been great helping me get back to using my left arm after a shoulder replacement. They are friendly and professional. They are caring and make sure everything is fine.
