The service department has me doing a test on my truck to see if it is burning oil. I figured I'd be waiting awhile but they had me in and out since all they had to do was top off the oil and check the level. I was pleased because I didn't have to miss much of my workday.

I originally went in for a 'recall' with my 2018 Volt. I paid the diagnostic fee and was told they couldn't replicate the problem of the accelerate issue.
After leaving frustrated having paid for nothing to be fixed. I noticed that there was beeping when I was at a stop sign. Frustrated and not wanting to deal with Apple again, I went to a local mechanic to fix it. When I went to the appointment, I was told that my mechanic wasn't able to do that level of work.
So I took my car back to Apple to have them fix the damage they created trying to replicate the issue they never 'found.' I was told by Bob that I needed to pay again and after voicing my concerns, had me pay half instead of full and he told me if I came in again, he would cover it and there would be no charge.
Took my car back. Still didn't fix it. And now wants me to pay $900 to fix the damage that was created at Apple.
I was told that they weren't willing to "go above and beyond." Above and beyond?! More like not doing the bare minimum.
I suggest going to a local mechanic if you can and if you have to go to a dealer... Don't go to Apple. Very disappointing.

Wonderful Experience Buying my 2024 Chevy Trax Today from Here. JEFF DIGNAN was my salesman and CHRIS DAZZO the finance Manager both my car purchase hassle free I was in at 930am and was leaving as a car owner by 11:15am. Would recommend them to anyone and will purchase future vehicles from them

Worst dealership ever. Bought a new truck here in February, brought it in for an oil leak over a month ago that they haven’t fixed in 35 days, (maybe a lemon). I try and see if they’ll make it right and help me get into a new truck that actually works and they want me to take a 10 thousand dollar loss on a truck I bought 6 months ago… so I have a rental mini suv I can’t do side jobs in losing more money everyday ( I told them this as well). this is unreal and not how good people do business… Go anywhere else and buy anything else…
They just commented to call them, I have several times and showed up several times. They didn’t help me and their response is all for show

The time finally arrived in which my daughter needed to get a car for school in the upcoming fall semester. I did what any good father would do. Gave her my old Chevy and bought a new one for myself. That's where the team at Apple came into play. We bought our last two vehicles from them and there was little doubt they would be getting our business once again. Dan Little and Matthew Lowczyk made sure to get me into a vehicle that not only met my needs in terms function and amenity, but also fell within my fiscal means. Happy to say that my '24 Blazer hit all the buttons and I look forward to many more years to come as a loyal customer. Thank you Dan & Matthew for your expertise and excellent service!
