Took 2 of my cars there to get appraised brought my hummer h2 to get appraised manager asked if they can take it around the block I said that's fine they get back and park it I had to leave to get to work he says very nice car runs great I go to get in my car noticed my door panel piece was broke off I go back in asked what happen salesman says I was the passenger manager says it fell on the ground so when it fell off u toss it in the door panel and don't say anything beyond pissed off leave messages no one contacts me back saying sorry my value of trade nothing I will be shopping else where I suggest everyone else do the same

It's not often that I don't buy something from someone but still feel obliged to write a review. I have worked with Cinda R. whose The senior sales specialist at the store. I contacted her a few days ago in regards to one of the vehicles she was selling. We worked on the deal and it was fantastic, however, I went with another car as sometimes that's how life works. And although I didn't purchase her car, I had set a deposit down on a vehicle, which she refunded to me immediately. There was no hassling, she was the most professional car sales person I have ever worked with. I know that I will eventually buy a car from her one day, it just won't be today. What a terrific worker though. I wish there were more people like her even at my job. If you're ever in the market for a car, call this lady and she will make things right.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and a new boot. A porter decided to drive my vehicle through their carwash and didnt close the door all the way, my door and hinges were ripped off in their car wash. The dealship fixed the door but refused to work with me on my bill. I lost my truck for 2 weeks and I lost business from this transaction. The owner refused to work with me on my bill even though I've bought a few vehicles here and bring them all there for service. That's an embarrassing way to run a business and an awful way to treat a loyal customer.

Purchased a new Chevy Trailblazer here. They never filled my car with gas like the salesman promised if I purchased a new car here. Then they said I get the first oil change their Free. Chevrolet states you get 12 month (! year) of maintenance Free. I got Ripped Off !

Have been a customer for several years but lately service has been poor. Recently brought my car in for oil change/tire rotation. They made a big deal about inspecting the car BEFORE service, checking for dents, dings, etc..so they wouldn't be held responsible for damages. This should have been a red flag, but I didn't catch it in time and didn't realize until the next day that ALL of the little lug nut caps on my car were missing and there are several deep (down to the metal) scratches on the back end of my SUV (that I surmise) come from their car wash. I know it it too late and it will be a he say/she say argument...so just putting it all out there......Check your car (and make video) BEFORE and AFTER any sevice!!!!

Have been taking my car since I purchased only to be told every time we can't make it repeat the problem and no code for its mechanics work anymore without a code when a customer clearly feels it's important then to go back and leave your car then pick it up they say it's okay the next day I try to drive it won't move take back and now all of a sudden a transmission line is kinked something they never saw and I didn't hit it anywhere makes me feel like they are covering up their many mistakes with my vehicle as Chevy no longer stands by their product as they know already it isn't any good!

I was told by the salesman when applying for financing that my credit would be pulled once and then shared with multiple finance companies for review and approval. That is not true!! My credit was pulled FOUR times. After I discovered that and called, I was told by the sales manager "that's how it works" and it was labeled "miscommunication." Having one's credit affected negatively by multiple inquiries is not "miscommunication!!!" You don't get to say whatever to make a sale. Ridiculous!!

So after my July review was posted, I received a call from the service manager that this issue of rust "would be taken care of", so after making arrangements to drop off, and dropping off again with reassurance that there would be no charge, I thought of changing my review, but then thought I would wait and see.....we'll no charge turned into $480 charge to fix, so the old bait and switch tactic was used. adding to the frustration are now calls of do "I want to sell it". Really, stay away from this joke of a dealership.

Fantastic experience all around. From the second we saw the car we wanted to my son receiving it across the country was wonderful. They even helped arrange for shipping. I always feel like I have to walk into a car dealership ready to fight. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever! I will not hesitate to go back to Apple Chevy next time I need a car. Thanks Apple Chevy!!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Apple Chevrolet. I brought the vehicle In close to close and service writer Colleen took care of me. She was so nice and understood the problem. She assured me that they could fix the issue She called the next day and kept me informed about what was being done and the cost. She was so knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this service department. Thank you so much!

Brought my car in today for an oil change and tire rotation and Jeff, the Service Consultant, was very kind and very attentive to my service needs. I'm always satisfied with my service when I come to Apple Chevrolet, awesome customer service!!

Terrible customer service in the service department. Came in with a check engine light on. After searching for 2.5 hours they charged me and assured me the issue was resolved. The next day the light was back on. Terrible business. I will never do business here again.
