We traded our Traverse. We have called multiple times to get our GAP insurance money back. They have blown us off so many times. It's been months. No refund, no phone call, no email. NOTHING! They will screw you any way they can.

Great customer service from Bob Fricke & Erik Atkins, easy to work with great follow up after sale, addressed any concerns I had and made sure I knew the ins and outs of my vehicle before I left.

It took an hour and 25 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I just think that’s an excessive amount of time to wait for my vehicle with a simple service like that. Maybe you’re just over-booking yourself but it shouldn’t take that long in my opinion.

Kevin the service manager and Caleb or Kaleb however it's spell, have dealt with me not once but twice in a year for a very difficult issue on my 2020 Malibu I cried , harassed and called a million times for something that was out of there control and they did everything in their power and worked their guys till they resolved my issue , they were understanding and caring and I'm glad that my car is fixed in a timely manner considering the issues , thanks a million you guys!!!

Took my truck in for a rattle under the front end. The Tech just drove it around the block and charged me $161 to tell me there’s no rattle but when I drive away there’s a rattle under my truck. would not recommend anybody taking their vehicle to this place
