I bought a 2022 Toyota Camry from Mario, and he was very polite and explained everything to me about the car. I couldn't ask for a better salesman. Last week I hit a curb and noticed my tire was going flat quick and I took it to Toyota to the service department and talked to Logan. I had a hole in my tire and they had a tire in stock and took care of it for me immediately because I was unable to drive it.. I also needed a alignment which was set up the next day by Logan. Now the car is back to perfect for me again. Logan was very polite and kept me posted all the way on how things were going. I am extremely satisfied with Mario and Logan and the Toyota dealership in all as everyone was polite and professional. Both times I went in for the service department Mario was there and made sure he come up and talk to me and ask me if I had any questions about my car. He even took me for a drive to make sure I understood everything and it was driving correctly. When everything was done, they had my car, clean and shiny and was still wiping it when I went to pay for everything. I definitely recommend Toyota dealership of Danville and Logan and Mario! I will never go anywhere else now. Five stars from me.

Bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited from Toyota of Danville on Friday last week. This dealership is easy to work with, does fair negotiations on used vehicles, and has top notch salesman. My salesman, Mario Garza, went above and beyond to work out this deal. Mr. Garza is a rare commodity left in the industry and he was great to work with. Also enjoyed working with John VanVickle in finance. Both of these gentleman made this deal easy peasy. Mr. Garza followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely and to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Toyota of Danville is an awesome dealership and have already made plans to give them a chance to finding my next vehicle. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Reviewing the auto-service department and not dealership. They have hung up on me multiple times and do not answer their phones at other times. Then when you get in for an oil change or service, be prepared to spend 1 hour or more waiting even though you have an appointment.

I'm not one to write negative reviews or call people names, but I sure didn't appreciate the direct lies I was told. Here was my experience...we started looking for used 4 Runners for my daughter and set a maximum budget of $20k. We looked at several online, including Toyota of Danville. A salesman reached out to us and after about three weeks of communication, we agreed to test drive one. Prior to the test drive, I made it clear multiple times that our max budget was $20k. I received video and text communicatieon that indicated if we liked the vehicle, he would make it work within our budget. I even sent him a message that I didn't want to waste either of our time. He again said he could work within our budget for that specific vehicle. We made the trip over and test drove the vehicle. My wife and I agreed we would make the purchase. Once inside, they returned with their offer about $5k over our max budget. I told them we had an agreement that the price would be within our budget of $20k. I was told by a manager that they were unaware of the details made with the salesman, but were not able to sell it within our budget. We walked out (after wasting our time). I later received a text from the manager apologizing and telling me that's not how he does business. I beg to differ. I just don't understand why you would blatantly lie to a potential customer.

I went there looking for a vehicle and I had a price range in mind. They were able to get me in a very nice vehicle for amount I was looking to spend. They are very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!

This place should have 0 stars. Sales/management all need fired staring with Sean Spady. Seriously look at their website and if that guy has anything to do with that place, stay away. No one likes dealing with any auto dealers, this smug, arrogant, cocky, guy is by far the worst I've ever been harassed and nagged by after being stationed around the country and having been to many dealerships. Any place that has ever bullied customers by holding their keys to try and force a trade, needs serious management work. After enough feed back, Ross is probably a good guy stuck working for a douche bag. After the military I definitely understand that. Grayson was definitely cool. Apparently a LOT of people around know Sean is definitely someone to stay away from if you don't want screwed over. Good job, Sean. Way to be

Slowest service around. Come in if you want to be told “it’ll take just 10 minutes” and sit and wait for over an hour. Worst service I’ve ever had for a simple oil change

Bought one of their Jeeps on March 30th they always looked real nice setting out front along the road and this one looked like new! After filling out the paperwork we left to take it home but less than twenty miles from the dealership the check engine light came on and it started running rough. So we went back the next day and they said everything was covered under their fifteen day drivetrain warranty but when they returned it to us the check engine light came on before we got home again. When I called this time they said they lost the warranty paper and after a day of me calling people they said they they found it again. Then they sent the Jeep to a local jeep dealership because they said their tech's couldn't work on jeeps. The dealer said it needed a new motor so they picked up the jeep and sent it to a dealership 45 miles away in Champaign they said it needed a new motor too. They picked it up and called me and said they didn't want to fix it they wanted to give me a Mazda instead. I told them I didn't want it. I got my Jeep back after calling Toyota's main guy I found him working at a Tuscola ford dealership and he told them to replace the engine. It was May 14th before I finally received the jeep in running condition six weeks later.........
