I have been without my brand new Toyota Camry for a month now. I went to Toyota in Champaign and they were not helpful at all. They kept telling me that they were waiting for a part but it was on back order and that we just needed to wait for it to come in. They couldn’t give me an ETA or anything because it was coming out of the country and they didn’t have that information. I waited patiently for a month waiting for the part. It got to a point where I absolutely just needed my car. I did some digging of my own. First place I called was Toyota in Danville (should have called this place first a month ago when I was having problems) tell me why Jason from parts was THE most helpful person. He gave me the information I needed and did ADDITIONAL digging for me. He told me to call Toyota in Indianapolis because it showed that they had the part there. I called Toyota in Indianapolis and I talked to someone in parts unfortunately I did not get his name. But he was so so very helpful as well. He gave me a few numbers to call including Chicago that showed that they also had the part there because the part that they had there in Indianapolis was reserved for someone already. He gave me their phone numbers. I called a few places and turns out that they had the part in Tinley Park Toyota. If it wasn’t for Jason in the parts department and the very nice gentleman in Toyota Indianapolis giving me just a few simple phone numbers and looking up possible places of where they could have my part, I would probably still be waiting. It’s something SO simple to do for a customer. It only took 5 extra minutes. Champaign Toyota couldn’t even take an extra 5 minutes to call around to see if they had this part lying around somewhere. This could have been resolved a LONG time ago. Thank you Jason in Danville and Toyota Indianapolis for being awesome!!

My experience with Hass Mousa at Toyota of Danville was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make my purchase smooth and enjoyable.I’ve been searching for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and finally found one at Toyota of Danville. I live 9 hours away so cold called the dealership and Hass picked up. Since I live so far away and would be taking off work and putting in so many hours of driving, I was quite nervous about it all. Hass and Jon in finance answered all of my questions and assured me the car would be held for me until I arrived. Their level of professionalism instantly put my mind at ease.Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Hass and the team. The entire purchase was quick, easy, and pressure free. When I told Hass that my kids collect postcards and asked if he had any Illinois postcards; he magically unveiled his own custom postcards then proceeded to collect a dozen of them from other salespeople. It was a very kind gesture and my kids loved it when I got home! What truly sets this dealership apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Hass went above and beyond, hooking me up with postcards, taking a photo with me in the rain, and just being an easy going salesperson. I left the dealership feeling not only excited about my new car but also confident in my choice.

Mario sold me my first car i’ve ever bought on my own (2015 Toyota Rav4) and it was an excellent experience. I needed a great value and i needed my vehicle to hold its value. They accommodated my needs as a value consumer and made the process simple. Mario, Jonathon, and Grayson, all stayed an hour PLUS after close to congratulate me and make sure everything was taken care of. I recommend shopping here especially toyotas. When i’m ready for my next one i’ll be returning.

Horrible customer service by management. Purchased a used vehicle and as I was driving home started smelling smoke. Got home went directly back to dealership. Said they had changed a gasket and must have dropped oil on it and it would burn off. Woke up next morning same situation less than 12 hours since purchase. Now has a horrible sound coming from engine. I went back asked if I could cancel transaction and get my previous vehicle which I just purchased from them less than 24 hours. Told I signed the p papers it was mine. Next day had wedding in Champaign. Drove from Westville and made it Oakwood exit and car started chugging along and then white smoke came from the back causing everyone behind me could not see. My car sat on 74 until Monday. Took to a different dealerships had to replace 3 cylinder coils. Car is still having the same problem. Just getting worse. No code so they can't figure it out. Angers me that I can't even take a short trip because of not having a trustworthy vehicle. If I could I would give Toyota and management HUGE -10. This was in May and now August same issues

Kyle was great for both purchases, knew what he was talking about, and humbly asked someone when he didn’t instead of making something up like the last guy(who doesn’t work there anymore). Obviously he is there to make sales, but he didn’t come across as skeezy or pushy. He came in on his day off (TWICE!) for us, and was very patient with us, even though the d*** situation detailed below.Pleasantly surprised by my experience. Rewind 6 months, I bought a used ford truck to pull a trailer for my business. It needed one large engine component replaced and they agreed to replace it at no charge. Oh well, the truck drives fine without it. Then we find out the truck can barely pull my trailer with the bad part, I can’t hit a speed over 50MPH. Little did either of us know this part was back ordered for a year.Three months of dealing with the issue later and I finally see a decent option to trade for on the lot. Did a test drive, then I asked if I could do a test drive with my trailer on and they were ok with that, very cool. I didn’t get exactly the deal I wanted with the trade in, but we arrived at something that was close enough that I’m happy. I now have a gorgeous Toyota Tundra that runs well for a price that doesn’t make me ill(truck prices are outrageous right now, but do what you gotta do). My wife thinks it’s a better looking truck as well, can’t complain about that!I was I little nervous that I’d be burned bad on this, but I feel I wasn’t done dirty. When the wheel’s finally fall off our Camry, I look forward to coming back to find another safe reliable car for my family.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They had a low milage accident free vehicle i was interested in so I made a 4 hour drive to them out of state to take a look. The sales team is very pushy to get you to sign paperwork before any agreement was made, but the car they had wasn't easy to find so I dealt with it. After a while there I wasn't happy with my experience but did end up purchasing a low milage accident free vehicle, or so I thought. 4 months later I find out the vehicle has had severe structural damage and this was never mentioned during my talks with them. The car now has significantly less value because of that. Iv been trying to get ahold of them to figure this situation out but the sales managers keep dodging my phone calls or not returning them after they say they're going to look into it. These people are willing to screw over customers for a quick buck.

Found a vehicle online from this dealership! As soon as i reached out for more information, JJ Lockwood contacted me to go above and beyond for us! We live 3 hours away and i asked many questions, got a personalized video walk around and great service. We drove up to see it the following day-It was pulled out and cleaned up nicely for us! He is very nice, personable, helpful and we appreciate all he did for us! We even got personalized videos thanking us for the business! The dealership seems like a very nice place, overall a great experience and super service from start to the finish line in finance! We would definitely drive back there again for the right vehicle !Thank you!

I’ve purchased many cars from Toyota of Danville since my teens. Always have a good experience. Matt Spady, Matt Willaman and David Wills are some of my favorite salesmen. It’s very difficult to find a car in your budget these days but I was able to buy a brand new RAV4. Highly recommend the Toyota of Danville team, if they don’t have your car they’ll order it!

Bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited from Toyota of Danville on Friday last week. This dealership is easy to work with, does fair negotiations on used vehicles, and has top notch salesman. My salesman, Mario Garza, went above and beyond to work out this deal. Mr. Garza is a rare commodity left in the industry and he was great to work with. Also enjoyed working with John VanVickle in finance. Both of these gentleman made this deal easy peasy. Mr. Garza followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely and to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Toyota of Danville is an awesome dealership and have already made plans to give them a chance to finding my next vehicle. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

I had a great buying experience working with Grayson! He was kind, honest, professional, very knowledgeable, and patient through the millions of questions I had throughout the buying process. I flew in from Colorado to purchase a 2006 Tundra and Grayson had a ride arranged for me to get to the dealership, had the truck pulled up when I got there, gave me a fun tour of the area with my test drive, and had me out the door and on the road back to Colorado in a timely manner. Again, incredible experience through and through. Thank you Grayson and Toyota of Danville!
