Just took my truck over for oil change and had 2 plastic pieces ordered for my truck. My truck is under Toyota car being under 25,000 miles. My truck had 24,400ish. STILL had to pay for my oil change. I asked about that and the person works there told me , I had oil changed somewhere else at 20,000 miles. That was true, actually, it was a bit under that. Still, it is under 25,000 miles and even at 25,000 miles it should’ve been covered 1 last time. I got tired of arguing and just paid it. Then, was told they have the pieces I ordered but couldn’t put them on because there haven’t been registered by anyone for the warranty. LOL!!! What!? So, was told have to come back to have them put on. Keep in mind, I live almost hour a way each way. Then, my truck still has a major recall, a 2022 Tundra. Something with the enjoy knocking and losing power.i have many papers from Toyota saying my truck is in the recall. The fix is a new engine. Same guy told me I had to pay for oil, tried telling me my truck not in the recall cause not a thing wrong with my truck. My truck knocks and when I back up , it takes a few seconds to get in gear to go. And, my truck has that knock. I couldn’t get it to knock loud like usual in front of him. He said it was my truck going into gear. So, said when I bring my truck in for the plastic, he will “ check it out.” Well, doesn’t get fixed I have already been in contact with 2 lawyers and I’m going to sue, I have to wait a certain period. So, I’m waiting it out. My brother also bought a truck from here, had it 13 days and engine failure and he contacted them and he was told not a thing they can do. lol!! Really?! He doesn’t do reviews but I do. Never take it back here for oil change again. After plastic pieces replaced , won’t be back other than the engine recall if they will even do that. I told the guy I will be back and next time with the recall paperwork sent to me from Toyota saying my truck is in recall status. I do have it…. Would not recommend coming here.

Hassan is great. I called about a bike on Wednesday. He came in on his day off to show my wife and I the bike and take it for a test ride. They gave me a fair deal for my bike and a fair deal on our new one. Great customer service all around.

Very late on getting this review up, but I could not be happier with the service that I received from Mario and the team! They worked with me to figure out what vehicle and options would best work for me and my current circumstances. They weren't pushy and listened to what I needed. Awesome service! Thank you Mario!

I am very disappointed with the staff here. I arrived for my scheduled interview on 06/05/24 at 9:45 AM, getting there shortly after 9:30. The receptionist greeted me and informed me that Mario, the interviewer, would be out shortly. By 10:15, I still hadn't received any updates, so I spoke with what I believe was a sales manager, who assured me it wouldn't be much longer. After waiting a total of 45 minutes, I decided to leave. This experience was very unprofessional, especially for an employer. I'm very disappointed, as I was genuinely looking forward to the opportunity to join your team.

Took our Toyota Tundra in a while back because it didn't want to shift until it was warm. I was told it was the fuel pump and $1400 to replace it. I told them it wasn't the fuel pump and asked if they replaced it, and it didn't fix the issue if I had to pay for the fuel pump replacement. They said yes and that their mechanics are highly skilled. I picked up the truck and took it to another shop. I had them flush the transmission. The transmission was low on fluid, causing it to not shift until it was warm. Saved myself $1300 by trusting my instinct and not their highly skilled mechanics. Why didn't they catch the transmission fluid was low? I will not take our truck back there for any reason.

I'm disappointed. Bought a used 2016 Buick Enclave and had it for the weekend. Turns out the transmission is bad and am without reliable transportation for the next two weeks. I had a reliable car and traded it in and I don't feel good about the deal and the communication is not the best.

Mario is the man! I had spoken to Mario about trading in my ram for a diesel truck. As soon as one came in the dealership Mario got ahold of me for the diesel truck. Danville toyota help you out as much as they can. Was in and out less than 2 hours with the vehicle. Want to add that everyone made us feel like family. Everyone's was really friendly and kind, all with big smiles. Thank you all for helping us. Please trust them they know what they are doing?
