This is Michael, it started out rough to get my supplies, but it real came together, now lincare is at my door every week ,dusty does a great job, but to be honest they all do their jobs well an hope nothing but the best for their families

They are the most unorganized company I’ve ever dealt with. Providers will even say Lincare is horrible to work with, slow. They are the only oxygen provider in the area so they don’t care. They are trying to make medical decisions for me. That’s not their job. They need to do what the Dr/insurance orders not what they think I need. If I could change I would. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The delivery reps are awesome !! They are doing all they can . But your company clearly has upper management issues outside the Tilton branch. Understaffed. And the call center is horrible. My orders don’t come through half the time. And we have been waiting for 3 months for my husbands cpap supplies to come!

Lincare in Tilton, IL provides the best customer service I’ve experienced. They provide a wide range of services and are very friendly and eager to help. Zach set up and orientated me to my CPAP. He is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and personable. He made sure everything was right before I left and provided contact information in case I needed help. We even had a few, much needed, laughs. Five stars and two thumbs way up for Zach and for the entire staff at Lincare in Tilton, IL.

We had a visit with Amanda Leonard and were impressed with her expertise and willingness to answer our many questions. She also fitted and explained how all of our equiptment was supposed to work. We recently transfered our business to your company and are glad we did. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Would give negative if I could. This place never answers thier phone I've been on hold for up to 20 minutes or more then get hung up on. Took 4 months of arguing to get a new cpap machine to finally get. Oh well I finally see where your machine has been approved the whole time. Corporate number is same way, no one will answer. Waited on hold over 20 minutes and then hung up on. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Dont send supplies when suppose to. Can absolutely never get ahold of anybody to or supplies.
