Came here recently as I was about to leave the state of Illinois and wanted to redeem a winning scratch-off, get gas, and use the restroom. At first, all is well. In fact, in their bakery display case, they had a good doughnut and brownie selection. The problems began when I was ready to check out. The clerk was unfriendly and probably being overworked. When I rang up my food and beverage transaction, she didn't bother asking if I was a Casey's rewards member (not that I am, but she should've asked anyway) and didn't say hello. When I was ready to redeem the winning scratch off, she scanned it, then checked the back of it. I suspect her checking the back of it was her way of hoping that if it wasn't signed, she could lie to me and say it wasn't a winner so she could keep the winnings for herself.

I order 12 pc wings last night well done picked my order up the young lady must've ran it through the pizza oven instead of frying them they were burnt and dry I took them back and got my money she went far as to say she's the only one in the kitchen "IDGAF" I live in Danville and had to go back to Tilton and the store was nasty

Stopped by to get drinks and gas on my way through town. Promptly after, had charges begin appearing on my card that I didn't authorize and received a call from the fraud department at my bank that there were many more charges that the bank declined. ? After that, I realized my card was stolen here.

As a Casey’s employee myself, I could not be more disappointed in this store. Their night shift employees have bad attitudes, and their floor always needs a good mop. Love Casey’s as a whole, but sadly this location needs some attention.
