“Wowwww!!! So totally impressed with Adam's Auto Body & Sales in Dolton. I was interested in a 2019 Nissan yesterday, 2/19, and the vehicle is parked today, 2/20, in my driveway with the Illinois plates on it and my registration is in the glove compartment.While it may take a minute to purchase a vehicle it does allow you to observe business transactions around you. I found at least 3 customers who were so totally satisfied with the service provided; i.e., auto body repairs, under the hood repairs, or sales, everyone was happy and grateful to be treated with respect.Lastly, I am estactic with my vehicle and very happy I was able to purchase Adams Auto in Dolton.Thank you again AJ!!!.”

What I absolutely loved was the update texts and photos provided (not wondering nor left in the dark about how my car was doing). “What a pleasant surprise. I had been waiting over a month for a part for my VW Atlas from another recycler. I finally gave up and found the part on NAR's website, I ordered it and picked it up a few days later. THey kept communicating with me as I neared the pickup date. NAR wasn't selling something that they didn't have. When the bumper cover was taken from their warehouse and brought to the store, they discovered that there was some slight damage to it. I was contacted, and we discussed the scratches and was offered a better price if I still wanted it. No pressure, just great service. Just walking into the store front made me realize that NAR really appreciated me as a customer! I highly recommend Northlake Auto Recyclers if you need a replacement part. I left a very satisfied customer with the part I needed!”

“This place is amazing. We were traveling through town and our AC quit working. We have a special-needs little girl who cannot get hot. We brought it into him and he and his father stayed late to make sure that our AC was working. They squeezed us in during their busy time because they knew we needed it working. If I lived closer, I would always bring my vehicles to him, his price was great and he fixed our AC after a shop back home charged us three times as much and never fixed it.
