Great service. Tyler and Trevor were both polite and professional.
We were camping and needed a muffler and tailpipe. He got the parts ordered and had it fixed in less than the time quoted.
Labor rate is very fair.
If I ever need major work done again, I'll make the trip from Chicago to have him work on my truck.

Awesome place. Drove in without calling, and they took care of us quickly and fixed my vehicle for a fair price. Profesional, friendly and helpful place. We will definitely bring all of our vehicles here in the future.

Can't recommend this place more!!! Had a great experience with them. Very professional, skilled and friendly. We camped nearby and realized we had driven our last leg with the emergency brake on in the vehicle we were towing. He took us right in, took off the tire, checked it out and determined that it was still good and did not need to be replaced. He cleaned it all for us. He charged us a very reasonable price....we gave him double because he was so awesome. The next day we went back because our hitch was loose. He used his equipment to tighten it far better than we ever could have by hand. He did not charge us anything....even though this only took him a few minutes, we happily gave him $20. This is a very reputable company with great integrity. Don't hesitate to go to them.Service: Vehicle maintenance

Call and left a message 3 weeks ago because we needed assistance with the truck. I haven't heard from him yet. The people in the area say he is a great mechanic but I didn't have the pleasure of his service.

Klein Automotive is a great shop! Tyler is so helpful. Twice, he went out of his way to find information on both our vehicles. I was so surprised at how fair his prices are. Well worth driving from any town in the area to Thomson to have Tyler and Phil service your vehicle. Thanks again guys!

Amazing! I'm 6 hours from home and my waterpump went out. All other shops were atleast a week out. These guys not only had the pump in stock but got my car in right that second. Then to top it off they were kind enough to laon me a rental car for free!
