Came there at 2:07am today Sep 18th for coffee and cigarettes. Two workers inside one making something in the microwave the other sweeping. Signs on the door that say store closed. I guess they're not 24 hours after all. Will head to BP.

Bought ten items guys said have a good day didn’t even asked me if I need a bag I had to request it and gave attitude he put 5 items in so I had to put the rest in. If you can’t work at a simple job don’t work at all this customer service on this gas station is really bad.

The absolute worst spot to stop for gas, if the prices where not so low nobody would visit. Everything is dirty, and none of the employees do anything about it. I stopped here at the end of a 10 hour shift just to use the restroom and get gas. When i took my first step in i could see a line of people waiting and an empty counter. As i stepped in the bathroom I saw the employee walk out without washing his hands. Things only got worse when i walked up to put 35$ in cash. The same employee who hadn’t washed his hands was giving me a stank face over cash. To add insult to injury, he only put 30$ on my pump and pocketed the rest of the 5$. Never coming back here again and it’s my mistake i didn’t check my receipt before I left, I would have caught it then. Oh well.

I use to receive a regular discount offer as a card member .
Only problem is i have a 2002 vehicle and I use the blue pump. I get 22mpg with that fuel and I don't drive much anymore as I'm 78 and long retired.
I only need to fill up once a month. Now I no longer get the discount offer.
Guess I get punished for my age and low driving miles.
But that said, the prices are as good or better than most, the fuel grade is getting me great mileage, and they sell lottery tickets.

Rude employees, except for one or two (juan is one of the good ones). They need to staff better at peak times. Nobody wants to stand in a line of 10 people with one cashier after working all day, or ever. Awful.

there's a big vagrant panhandling problem here. asking for money is one thing but they peer in vehicles and try opening car doors when you go inside for snacks. avoid this place.

I visited this throntons and I was very impressed by the way a worker by the name Celi helped me. Precisely that day I went to purchase slushie and I had an accident and dropped them all on the flood and Celi helped me out promptly and professionally. I was embarrassed but Celi reassured me that everything was ok and not to worry. She did amazing dealing with that situation.

They have the cheapest gas in the immediate area. It's a pretty big store (for a gas station) and a decent selection. you never have to wait in line too long, but there is often a line. They do sell wine and beer.

I use to be more of a regular customer. The gas prices are usually below the rest of the gas stations in town. However, the reason for the average rating is because of a situation that occurred last night. I had low tire pressure in one of my tires. No biggie. I have come to Thorntons at this location to fill up my tires previously. I wasn't expecting to run into any problems, but I did. I filled up my tire once and my gage was reading even lower than it was when I came in. Filled up again, and it was even lower. It took air out of my tire, instead of in! Ended up with a flat tire. Luckily my boyfriend doesn't live too far away from here and tried the air pump on his tires, did the same thing... took air out of his tires. We ended up filling my tires somewhere else.You really need to put an out of order sign on the air pump machine as I wasted my hard earned money and wasted a good amount of time trying to fix a simple problem that turned into a bigger one. I will only be coming for gas from now on. Please get an out of order sign on the machine and/or get this fixed/replaced!!!

If you have a flat or near flat tire don’t come here cause the air machine is ALWAYS out of service
