“I called over a dozen pharmacies yesterday trying to get my medication filled and everybody else was out of stock. This Jewel Osco pharmacy not only had my medication in stock, they found a better discount card and saved me an additional $25 on my prescription. I didn't ask them to, they just did it. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech I dealt with yestersay evening were both amazing and their Customer Sevice was A++! I highly recommend this pharmacy.”
“This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”
“Amazing Pharmacy! I needed a prescription filled for a drug I had not taken before. When I went to pick pick up the drug, they told me it would be $75.00 after my insurance. I said no and told them I would call my Dr. for something else. Later that evening, the Pharmacist called and said he had some time, and found a manufacturers coupon that brought the cost down to $15.00 for a year! The best, best customer service ever. I will never go to slow, rude Walgreens ever again.”

“I’ve been using Osco Pharmacy in Antioch for at least three years now if not longer. Everyone there has always been super friendly and super helpful with any questions that I have. Convenience wise, another location would probably be better for me now that I’ve moved but I still come here because I really like the staff. I had an issue with insurance and they did everything that they could to help me figure it out and actually were able to make a difference. I’m really appreciative of them, especially during the holiday when I was Expecting to be hitting dead ends with my insurance issue until after Christmas.”

“This place is amazing. They always have my prescriptions in stock and ready quickly. They are well staffed and the staff is sooooo kind. There is never a line. No weekend hours and weekday closes at 5:30 pm could be an issue for some, but it works fine for me. Plus, they can deliver to home or office in 1-2 days.”

Ensuring smooth functioning checkout machines and providing treats to all customers, regardless of age, would further improve the overall shopping experience.”

“This is my go to store because it is so close to my home And we have limited options in our area. I like the store ... my only complaint is some of the checkers are very unfriendly and unprofessional while others are fine. I have had several checkers who are younger that don't even recognize the fact that you are even there and seem tortured. I showed a discount card to a girl and I asked if she needed to see it and she said "I see it" then at the end didn't take off the $5 she SAID SHE SAW (in a very rude manner). One other checker adult male is the opposite... so busy talking and trying to be funny the entire time which makes me very uncomfortable. I think this location needs to focus on training the staff a bit more.”

“Soooo much easier than calling Walgreens or Walmart. I just called so easy to find the Jewel Osco pharmacy near my home on Google. The Osco had pharmacy had already closed but still answered my call. I thought why call sense hours posted padt time closed. The staff pharmacy answered and told me immediate where item OTC i needed plus he told me that the Jewel evening time now open later so I could get dinner and other family evening for night I could still pick up my item all way til midnight. The staff member was so friendly and super nice. What impressed me was when I previously called in past of 2 stores I mentioned above usually make me feel to wind up so frustrated but with the Osco guy tonight gave me like a smile and calm. Thank you!”

“I admit that I wasn't thrilled when my insurance changed and we had to transfer our prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS. We loved our Walgreens pharmacy staff. We were there for 2 decades. Our experiences had been unpleasant in the past at CVS with poor attitudes from the pharmacy staff. However, I've been pleasantly surprised. The staff are all wonderful and they are all pleasant even though I know they're swamped. My interactions with Steve, PharmD, have been great. He ensures that I understand any potential issues with new meds as my spouse and I are on a lot of meds. Today, he came through in a big way. My husband had major surgery over 3 weeks ago, which has resulted in severe bone pain. I called to inquire about paying out of pocket for a med and while we were talking, the insurance approved it - usually they're slow. Steve had the med ready in the promised timeframe. I can't thank Steve enough. The young man who waited on me today was delightful. He seems to really enjoy being a pharmacy tech. It's a joy to interact with people who love what they do. I hope that never changes for this young man.”
