“We found the flooded basement one week ago this morning. It was devastating to my husband and me Hank Niebrugge is our homeowner insurance agent with Country Companies. Hank was so good to direct me how to get help fast. He told me to call Servpro right away even though it was 4 AM which I did. Because I called so early , I was third in line for service that Saturday morning. Servpro was here by 9 Am and the recovery began. Thank goodness I had sump pump coverage with my homeowners. So, one quick week later, basement is dry, and I have new water proof vinyl planks in place and the beds and other furniture in place and I can finish organizing the displaced item in my storage area.I so appreciate the help from Hank Niebrugge Country Financial.”
