My insurance company as well as every other towing company except this fine establishment left me stranded all day and night. I owe my wonderful Christmas to them I really appreciate their help they have saved myself as well as my dog from being even colder. They are the only towing truck that should be used. I'm sure they have much more to offer as well. Thank you from the bottom of our heart once again we really do appreciate it.

My situation required me to have faith and trust, and I was not disappointed at all. The owner of 336 Towing was patient, kind and proficient. So glad this nice man came to my rescue! On my way home from Missouri driving to Iowa I broke down in the middle of nowhere. . He came and got me and my vehicle and delivered us to a dealership nearby. I appreciate his kindness and his conversation that took my mind off of being stranded. Had a tire fail 30 miles from home. No provision for a spare and not a tire like it within 300 miles. This guy was there quick and brought it to my house for a reasonable price. Hope to never need it again but if I do I'd call him.

BEYOND 5 Star! I used 336 in the past for other services but today they really came in clutch! Had a fullsize 18wheeler semi truck stuck around lunch time on a Tuesday and not only did 336 pick up IMMEDIATELY the owner himself arrived within 15 minutes to rescue the semi from the ditch.Premium Polished Professionalism, will return to use in future and personally recommend fully! Got my work vehicle stuck like, 500m off a road while doing vegetation surveys and the owner was still willing to come out and help! Drove like 45 minutes, no one in the immediate area would go off the road, and was extremely nice the entire time. Had to wait an hour or two for the police to come verify it was okay for him to tow because I was working on private property and he was excellent company the whole time! They were my last call for towing me out of the ditch today during the storm and the powers that be were with me. The were on the way back to their office after having lunch in Macomb and had passed my turn off. They came and rescued me and saved the rest of my day off. They were great!
