“I brought my wife's 24 year old wedding/engagement/anniversary ring to Anderson Jewelers to tighten a loose stone mount. Within a week I received a call saying the ring was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the ring had been repaired, the stone had been straightened (it had gotten slightly tweaked), a slight high spot on the inside had been smoothed out, and it had been cleaned. The employee was professional and courteous. My wife is VERY pleased with the work done on her ring and happy to have it back in a timely manner. I was pleased with the reasonable repair cost.”
