This particular Wendy's I eat at one a week sometimes twice if I have company with me, the people are always nice, efficient and have NEVER gotten an order of mine wrong ! ! ! The food, well with an established reputation that speaks for itself, let me just add this to it..... Wendy's food is DELICIOUS ? ! ! !

I was looking for a specific potato chip. And, I asked the Cashier if they had it. Well, he jumped to immediate action and found them. It's great when employees are knowledgeable about everything in the store. It's meticulous. Thanks, a lot!

Older lady with white hair has been rude every time i come into this location not only to me but other customers. She seems to like to flaunt the fact that she's been here since "2000" and it makes it okay to be rude. Seems she's a little burnt out and should look into retirement

Normal Walgreens. Only complaint is half of the photos I sent their printed terribly. Splotchy and totaly wrong colors. There must something wrong with their equipment.

Dropped off my wife Rx Sunday morning/afternoon. Did not get a chance to make it back till Monday night about 6 pm. Lady at counter showed no RX. Bull. Went and talked to pharmacist. Found it. Was never scanned it. All she said was we have new people and it just never got scanned it. NOT MY PROBLEM. She did not care. Glad my wife did not need the for immediate health issues. They said it might be ready in 10/15 minutes. Worst service at Walgreens ever. And I find it funny I can not get anywhere to make a complaint on the website. Like the company is so bad that they make it impossible.

So I went in today cause I needed a sling and gentle men in pharmacy want helpful he gave me impression I was bothering him asking him where it was at 2nd gentleman saw I wanted to ask question and before I could ask for help he dissappear to the back. 3rd gentleman told me they just a bunch of totts in back and said it might be out today. It's really sad that I been going to CVS cause you guys never seem to have things I need. I am not happy with walgreens anymore

The store isn't bad, but I hate all walgreens automated prompts with a passion. It takes 10 minutes to get to a person on the phone.

was picking up my individuals prescription. I was told by my supervisor all I needed was his name and birthday which I gave them. They asked me to verify the address, I told them I didn't know it as I don't normally care for this person. She gave me the street and I told her that was the day building. She asked for a phone number and I told her I didn't know which one they used. She walked away from me and said somebody else deal with her I'm not in the mood. I called my supervisor, she was confused as to why they demanded this information because again, she was told all i would need is the name and birthday. She told me the address number which I tried to relay to the tech and pharmacist. The pharmacist called the receptionist to ask for the birthday I had already given them to verify. She told me we was rude to her. He was also rude to me. None of the employees know what the word professionalism means. This whole situation could have been handled differently if the employees treated me with just an ounce of respect instead of like I was wasting their time.

It never fails...every time I come through the drive-thru to get medicine, it turns into a marathon parking session. Whether it's insufficient staff or people being allowed to literally wait in the drive-thru for a prescription to be filled, something needs to change. I've not been to another Walgreen's that gives the term "forever" a run for its money.

I got my covid vaccine here. I booked my appointment around 1:00 am online about a month ago. In and out quick. Very friendly staff who administered my shots. I drove a bit from my home but so worth it.

What a great group of people! Prior to visiting the store, I spoke to Debbie the Manager, what an outstanding lady. I got to the store, met Debbie and then interacted with the Pharmacy staff, they couldn't have been and more helpful or professional, my wife and I both received a vaccine, loved dealing with them. Why can't all stores have an amazing staff like the Sycamore Walgreens. Thanks again Debbie for all your help. David and Joanne

Just rode my bicycle 3 miles to Walgreens. Went thru the drive up and when I got to be served I was told the drive up is only for motorized vehicles. I was not going to leave my bike that is worth $1000 outside to get my prescription (my fault I didn’t have a lock with me). But I’m 62 years old and I don’t feel comfortable going into Walgreens where is a higher chance of running into people that could be sick. Also the walk in clinic is right next to where you pick up your prescriptions. I would think you would appreciate the fact that I’m trying to be safe and healthy. Maybe I should change my pharmacy to Jewel Osco which actually is closer to me.
