Good service. Would always love prices to be lower (maybe more coupon offerings, groupons). Appreciate realistic sales without hard selling. Pleasant team. Seem like they hire for culture and that gains loyalty.

Great experience as always. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and only took 5 minutes. Additionally, I recommended this place to my cousin when she said she’s always been ripped off, by other oil places, and told she had to replace a ton of things on her car. She had a great experience and was told her filter didn’t need to be replaced yet. Appreciate the honesty, 10/10.

Over tightened oil plug on my aluminum pan. Needs a new pan and has been a fight every step of the way to get them to be truthful and fix the damage that they caused. The best part is that when the manager Grant was confronted with the damage, he LITERALLY dipped out the back door and left What a sorry excuse for customer service. It has been over 3 weeks and my vehicle is still parked at a repair shop because Take 5 doesn't want to pay to repair the damage they caused. I will give it another week to let them come to their senses and then take it to small claims court.
